Massages are always nice, however my massage with Elevate was an incredible experience. I received my massage from Angela and left feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. I look forward to my next one. read more

We had a couples massage in our room. We left our porch door opened so we could hear the waves during it- cheaper and you don't have to worry about the sand! They did a great job and the 90 minutes flew by! It was also nice not wasting time driving anywhere. Would do them again! read more

It was just ok. I feel like my massage which was requested to be deep tissue felt like the softest rub that was almost non existent---I literally fell asleep only due in part to the sound of the ocean. I requested Angela for my husband and we got Trisha (who was super sweet) and she did more deep tissue than requested but a much better job than the man who did mine. They requested that we come 15 minutes late which was absolutely no problem, I just didn't really appreciate the cost relative to the service/experience. I don't know if we're just spoiled back on the mainland but I feel like we were only paying that crazy amount because it's in Kauai. Most expensive massage, and the least rewarding experience. read more

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Elevate Wellness! My husband and I got a couples massage on the beach with Kellie and Forrest. Forrest worked on me, Kellie worked on my husband. They were friendly! They took the time to get to know our sore spots a bit. Forrest had magic hands! My husband was also A bit resistant to get a massage, as he doesn't go often. But he couldn't say enough great things about Kellie! I booked another massage immediately! read more

Absolutely wonderful bodywork sessions! Thank you so much Melissa & Angela for the great couples massage! You made our day extra special! Huge thank you to Aaron for accommodating our needs! I highly recommend Elevate Wellness! read more

This was hands down the BEST massage I have ever had. My wife and I were staying at a hotel on island and were looking for someone who could come to our room or balcony overlooking the beach to give us a massage. We found Angela and thank god we did. She came right to our room, was super professional and pretty much had magic coming out of her hands and fingers. She was super strong and after she was done with me made me feel like I had the body of a 10 year old. I had some problems with my hip flexor, Angela paid a lot of attention to the area and I have seen noticeable improvement since then. Highly recommended. read more

Where do I began? I mean....WOW! Angela was amazing! I've had many massages and I have to say that she is definitely the best. She is a very talented person and has gifted hands. She made my body feel a certain way I never knew it could. She knew where my troubled areas were by a simple touch. She targeted those areas without me telling her exactly where. It felt as if my mind and body were in a totally different place. I loved every single minute. I only got 60 minutes which was great but I definitely want the 90 minutes next time. I think it is very important and very necessary for everyone to have a massage in their lifetime. Once you have a massage with Angela, Your Hooked! I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone! She has great Kamaaina prices which makes it very affordable for us hard working locals. She has great prices for visitors too... and she comes to you. ANGELA!!!!! Thank you so very much! You are the person you are supposed to be today! A true Healer! read more

I'm a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer who suffers from a number of sports related injuries. As such I get alot of massages. Elevate Wellness offers the best, most professional services by far. Angela is extremely intuitive when it comes to what my body needs. I especially benefitted from her suction and magnetic cup therapies on my knee. I always leave her table feeling like a new person, more aligned, less pain, and very relaxed. I recommend Elevate Wellness to my friends and clients. read more

Words can't describe how deeply healing my experience was at Elevate Wellness. I was needing something more then just to relax. My body was so sore and achy with a number of problem areas and I felt fully energized, refreshed and healed like a new person after. I scheduled an acupuncture treatment and a massage. The acupuncturist was the best I ever had unlike any other, treating my body holistically with many other therapies to clear blocked energy and calm my body. The massage was a true healing body worker that treated my issues so perfectly I felt free of pain after the session. read more

Best massage I ever had and they were really accommodating. They are so good all staff were booked so the owner came to my hotel and personally massaged me, and I wouldn't have had it any other way. Angela the owner is hands down the best massage therapist I've had since getting massages monthly for the last 8 years. Also it helps that she has a really kind and soothing voice. I highly recommend this company when in or visiting Kauai. They fulfill every need you have, they were really quick on arriving on a short notice, and really professional. read more

Elevate Wellness is simply one of the best on island! As a resident of Kauai, they are my go-to for massage. Angela and team are so fantastic to work with. Whether you choose the mountain house or the beachside cabana, you can't go wrong. And I've never been disappointed with any therapist. My latest massage was with Tracy who was outstanding! Magical hands for sure!! If you're looking for the Aloha spirit in the form of massage, look no further than Elevate Wellness! read more

Amazing couples massage for me and my wife. Angela and Nicole did a great job! We did the couples massage by the beach. It was very relaxing. Any honeymooners out there we suggest doing this massage on your first day. Start off your honeymoon being completely relaxed after the stressful wedding! Highly recommend elevate! read more

My Mom and StepDad are on vacation and I thought wouldn't it be nice to set up a couples massage on the beach for them? They aren't the type of people who would think to do something like this for themselves so I took it upon myself to research and set it up for them, they deserve it! I came across Elevate during my search, with others speaking so highly I hoped it would be a good experience for my folks. Booking was a breeze, follow up was quick and before I knew it my folks had the most relaxing time they had ever dreamed of. My Mom is old school and doesn't yelp so I'm writing it for them. Per my folks Terri and Kristin were a dream, very attentive, on time and took all steps to make sure Carol and Bill were very well taken care of. My Mom's quote "they had 90 minutes of heaven with Kristin and Terri". So thank you so very much to the both of them for taking such great care of my parents!!!! read more

I have received many massages from Angela and she is the best! She is very intuitive and gives an amazing massage. I got one today at Kumu camp and it is so nice to be able to feel the wind and hear the ocean while getting a massage tucked away in the trees. read more

i was staying in Kauai for a month with some friends and someone suggested getting a massage in garden. We checked around and called Elevate and booked 4 massage therapists. We were not disappointed. I was worked on by Angela and was very happy with the whole experience. She really knows her stuff and is more than happy to concentrate on certain areas, I sit a keyboard quite a lot and have a posture that most apes would be disgusted at, so for me that means shoulders, arms & upper back. She worked wonders. My three friends were equally pleased with their respective massages. So much so we ordered one the following week. My friends can be snobs when it comes to massages so the fact that they all had glowing reviews says something about the general quality of all the massage therapists working here. They also do massages in the San Francisco area at certain times of the year, unfortunately they can't bring the views and/or coconut trees with them. So the view isn't as nice but hardly their fault. read more

We found the spa on TripAdvisor/google and I could have not been more pleased! Booking was an ease and the staff was very friendly. Both my husband and I had amazing massages while listening to the sound of the ocean and we are debating going back once more before we head home. I highly recommend!! Thank you Elevate for a wonderful evening. read more

I called Angela on our trip to Kauai because I was suffering from migraines, she was extremely prompt in returning my phone call and was gracious enough to come to two separate resorts, on opposite sides of the island within the same week to work on my neck and body for migraines treatment. She is extremely skilled and very professional. Angela is by far the best massage I have ever received and I cannot wait till we return to Kauai to see her again. Angela's massages are phenomenal and she has an incredible talent. I would recommend her to anyone. read more

Excellent massage! They were able to get my cousin in for a massage the next morning after calling. My massage therapist was awesome! He alerted me to my left glut not firing. I have been doing exercises to strengthen it ever since. The pressure was intense and deep tissue. Highly recommend! read more

I highly recommend the massage therapists at Elevate. My husband and another couple had 1.5 hour massages last week and we all walked away very happy. We saw Katie, Forrest and James and everyone was happy. Angela booked our appointments and could have not been nicer and helpful. Its worth the drive to Kapaa from anywhere on the island to go there for a message. read more

Had a lovely massage on the beach with Angela, the owner. She was great. She and her administrative team also took very seriously a disruption that was beyond their control, and made sure that I still had a great experience. Definitely would book another massage with them if I'm back on the island. Note that the beach cabana massage is semi-private - there are curtains on three sides, and the ocean side was open to let in a wonderful breeze. Personally I loved this, but if you'd prefer more privacy, opt for their indoor option. All around, this was a great, relaxing massage in a beautiful setting. read more

Wonderful. My husband and I received a couples massage through Elevate for my birthday. It was relaxing and rejuvenating, just what we both needed. We were warmly welcomed by our therapist's James and Katie. James was extremely present with me throughout my experience. He used the perfect amount of pressure and had some awesome techniques that I was very impressed by. I recently graduated from massage school and after being worked on by my teachers, I have high standards. Afterwards I told my husband "that was the best massage I ever received". It truly was. My husband was equally happy with Katie's massage. He said she used great pressure and was very present with him as well. We both felt great afterward. We cannot wait to receive another massage from Elevate. We highly recommend Elevate Wellness. Their staff is extremely experienced and professional. Mahalo! read more

I came here feeling tired and weary, and left feeling so much better. The bungalow was close enough to the ocean to hear the waves, and so nice to be massaged outside yet sheltered from the elements. I had tweaked my back and called last minute, they were able to fit me in right away. I am so grateful for their professionalism and amazing massage. I'll definitely go back. So happy to have a great local spot in Kapaa for massage. read more

I mean really, that was a ridiculous massage. We had just finished the Kalalau Trail and had little desire to sit in a bath robe and wait in an office for a massage. Angela came right to our hotel and hooked it up with the best stretching/ massage combo. After you spent all day enjoying the nature that Kauai has to offer enjoy the magical wonder that emanates from her hands. I just have to say that my recovery time from the long hike was next to nothing because of Ange (she said I could call her that). Golfing today Thanks Ange. read more

The services and professionalism offered are outstanding. We opted for the studio massages instead of beach, and the level of quality was still spectacular. Thanks ladies for the great service! read more

I had a 90 minute massage from Forrest that was completely great. The studio location was exactly what I was hoping for: a relaxing space dedicated exclusively to wellness. The massage from Forrest was very helpful to relieve pain associated with my tendinitis and carpal tunnel syndrome. It was exactly what the doctor ordered! Mahalo! read more

My husband and I found this place and decided to try it. Best decision EVER!!! Best massage! This is a must on vacation.

What an amazing, professional and beautiful massage! My husband and I got massages right off the beach while on a cruise for our short day on Kauai. The ladies were both amazing and very sweet! The sounds of the ocean put the icing on the cake for our honeymoon trip. Thank you Elevate Wellness! We will return! read more

Massage was good. They did a good job of making my wife comfortable who didn't like the idea of a massage as she had never had one. The house is very nice inside and it was comfortable. They did a good job massaging the trouble areas as well as the entire body. read more

Best massage of my life. Being a guide, waterman, and outdoor adventure seeker on Kauai for many years, bodywork has become a part of my weekly routine. Kauai is saturated with sub par therapist that claim to be legit. Angela is the real deal!!! She has devoted her life to helping people physically. She carries a bachelors degree in kiniseology, multiple certifcation in global massage techniques, and has study with reputable chiropractic organization around the united states. She is very receptive to your particular needs and works in synergy with you to create a plan to improve your overall health. After years of working closely with therapist i have received hundreds of massages of all styles and skill levels. Angela is a magician, and no other therapist on Kauai is comparable in my personal opinion. Her price are competitive and she travels to you. Having a massage in your own space is the only way to be truly relaxed. She carries a box of essential oils, colorful music, and hands that can't be denied. I strongly recommend her magical touch to anyone on Kauai and look forward to weekly session for years to come. She seems to be in a high demand around the island so make sure you give a couple days notice. read more

We've been coming to Kauai for over 20 yr and have occasionally taken advantage of the services of massage therapists when we're on island. Massage therapists are ubiquitous here--how to choose a good one on short notice??? We checked out Angela's reviews on Yelp...many long testimonials by religious converts who extolled the virtues of her healing hands. We second these comments wholeheartedly after Angela spent the afternoon working on both of us. I've had problems with a hip and my back and after an hour with Angela, I was pain free for the rest of the day. Angela has a real gift for healing, and took the time to understand how she could best help us both. We plan to use her services again when we come to Kauai. Mahalo, Angela! PS-she comes to your hotel room! read more

We called upon Angela with short notice to provide some much needed healing massage to go along with the spectacular Kauai environment. She showed up at our condo promptly and gave a total of 2 1/2 hours of fantastic deep-tissue massage and stretching. She was also very helpful in giving my husband tips on stretching exercises that would not aggravate his bad back. She was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for this services. read more

I have been curious for years about acupuncture but have never booked a session until last week with Laura. I went in seeking relief from really sore surfing muscles. The session started with her massaging tight muscles to try and soften the muscles up before the needles went in. Also she did a little bit of cupping like what the US olympic swim team used for treatment. After cupping she used an E-stim technique similar to want they use for physical therapy. Then came the needles which really wasn't too bad. There were some sensitive spots but the majority of the needles went in with no pain. One of my favorite parts of the session was the tuning fork treatment which sends sound waves through the body. The tuning forks were very relaxing. After tuning forks came the moxa therapy which added a nice heat sensation to where the needles were located. Overall it was so worth it. Two days later all my soreness was gone and I felt really loose. I also felt like a had more paddling stamina while surfing after my session. Would recommend to anyone and can't wait to go back for another session. read more

My husband and I got a couples massage and we were both thrilled with our experience. We had just finished a long, 8 mile hike on the Na Pali coast and it couldn't have been a better recovery from our day. Our therapists were both very good and we got just what we had hoped for. We came away feeling relaxed and recovered! read more

My massage was FANTASTIC!!!!! They came right to my rental house. I would recommend them highly to anyone wanting the best massage ever!!

One of the best massages ever. Thank you James. wish you lived in my hometown.

I am a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and have received countless massages. I consider myself a massage snob:-) After having received various so-so massages on the island, I was a little wary of investing in another but decided to go with Angela because of her yelp reviews. The massage I received definitely qualified as one of the top 5 I've ever gotten. Her pressure was deep, but not aggressive. Her rhythm was slow and consistent with an excellent knowledge of anatomy and a wonderful integration of various styles of massage. I would love it if she worked out of my clinic! I highly recommend her. read more

The massages were so great we had two massages by Angela. The first time was at the beach, the second time was in our condo and we invited 4 of our friends over to experience Angela and her partners. Lomi lomi was just what we all needed after a ling flight and to help us relax. I can't say enough about Elevate and will be sure to call when I return to kauai. read more
