Perhaps the best massage my wife and I ever had! Greg and Carol gave the best couples massage ever! It was quiet, hearing the ocean nearby... they each hit every tense spot and knew just where to go next! Completely professional and with the spirit of aloha. read more

We had an Oceanside couples massage by a Ricky and Skyler. It was fantastic. They did such a great job! The open air massage area was near a bike/walking path which was noisy at times but didn't cause too much of an issue. If you get distracted easily, I would recommend booking in studio. read more

After 3 or 4 mediocre massages back at home over the past couple years, I wasn't expecting anything great. I was flat out wrong. Both my wife and I agreed it was our best massage ever. I had Alyssa and she had Craig. We did 90 minutes and both felt the extra 30 minutes was worth it. We were in the covered lanai with the ocean about 75 feet away. If I wasn't going home tomorrow, I'd do another one. Really good and, we think, very fairly priced for Hawaii. read more

Great deep tissue massage while on vacation. Quick to schedule and effective massage for loosening overly tight muscles from a long fight.

Do not hesitate to book an oceanfront massage with Elevate Wellness behind the Hotel Coral Reef. The booking process was fast and easy, and the therapists were punctual and so good at what they do. I have had a sore tailbone for weeks and Carla got rid of it for me in one treatment. The ocean breezes and sounds of the waves were just icing on the cake. Just be aware that you're next to a jogging and biking path so you may hear a few people noises but it was minimal and I barely noticed. read more

Had such a wonderful experience here! Arien did an amazing job -- she really listened to what my body needed and made me feel so cared for. Booking a same-day appointment was super easy, which was such a bonus. The whole session was incredibly relaxing, and Arien's kindness made it even better. I can't wait to come back for another peaceful, rejuvenating day on the island! read more

We were able to call and book the same day for my birthday massage. Kerry was so hospitable over the phone and got us all set up with ease. Our message therapists Forest & Ash were amazing. They made us very comfortable and the messages were relaxing and very top notch. We will definitely return the next time we are on the island. read more

We had an oceanfront couples massage with Craig and Arien today. Midday, we received a text with full details of where to go, what to wear, payment, etc. The ocean front massages are in a cabana between a hotel and the ocean. For the most part, it's secluded, but it is right next to the walking path, so people are walking by while your massage takes place. Passersby didn't feel as loud as the roosters, tho. While not directly next to the ocean, you can clearly hear the sound of the waves. Our massages were great. Loved the way Craig focused on the knots in my shoulders. Arien spent time on his back, which was tight after our traveling. read more

My husband and I booked an oceanside massage. We had an amazing experience! I have had a least a dozen massages and this one was by far the best one I've ever had!! I explained to my massage therapist that I struggled with migraines and she knew EXACTLY what I needed. She found all my tense spots and basically fixed me! Having the massages along the ocean made it an exceptional experience. One goofy part was that you have to pay the massage therapists at the time of service via Venmo/Zelle/cash. They don't charge the card you use for the deposit. Overall, it was a memorable, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend :) read more

I had a fabulous experience with Elevate! I am not usually a last minute person but I was on this trip. I called and got in the very next day at the time I was looking for. Kerry the owner was responsive, helpful and very accommodating! My massage was done by Carla and she was fantastic! Very skilled therapist. I am a massage therapist of 26 years myself and tend to be rather picky. Carla was friendly, listened to what my body needed, what I asked for and just overall pleasant, relaxing and very good at what she does. I will definitely come back next time I'm on the island. Pricing is slightly high but I did price around the island and they were one of the best prices I found. Highly recommend. read more

My masseuse was Lori. She was absolutely amazing. She took the time to work on my problem areas and made sure to apply the pressure I needed/wanted. She was thorough, precise, and knowledgeable about what I needed to do for aftercare. She arrived grounded and set aside everything else to be fully present for me. It always sucks when you go to someone who carries their personal energy throughout the massage and you can feel it. That didn't happen with her. Lori prioritized me with caring, pure energy. The facility was clean, cozy, and professional. I highly recommend Elevate Wellness. read more

I called Carrie looking for a couples massage ASAP as I was experiencing a pinched nerve under my shoulder blade and sciatica pain. She was miraculously able to get us in same day because Deanna was kind enough to stay after her shift! Amazing experience doesn't even explain it. My husband and I were lucky enough to have Carrie and Deanna as our massage therapists. Both of us left saying what an incredibly relaxing massages they were...pretty sure the husband fell asleep twice. I felt so much better and Deanna gave me some tips for any future sciatic pain. This was the greatest treat we could have splurged on and we're so glad we did. We plan to make Elevate Wellness part of our visits to Kauai each year! read more

This was not my first experience with Elevate. See my previous review - all of the accolades hold up. This is a very considerate, well-run business. They called me before my appt because it was raining a bit to offer a change of venue. Just one example of their proactive service. My therapist, Arien, was outstanding. It's like she's as much PT, OT, and physiologist as massage professional. There were times where I thought "wow, didn't know that muscle had an issue!" Her awareness is unique. The massage wasn't "this many of these exact things on this side and the same on the other side." I could feel her targeting very specific issues (again, sometimes without me being aware of them). Not only would I visit them again... I most definitely will. read more

Kerry is our go to therapist while visiting Kauai. very therapeutic. We have been to many massage therapists and she ranks up with the best. Her studio is very convenient for us. read more

Oceanside birthday couples massage? Yes, please! My amazing husband planned a vacation week in Kauai for my birthday, so the least I could do was book a oceanside couples massage for us. What a great experience! We get massages pretty regularly, but nothing beats an oceanside massage with the sound of the waves crashing in the background while feeling the ocean breeze. Our massueses were fabulous! I definitely was relaxed and dozed off at some point. There is a walking path between the massage cabana and the ocean but with very little foot traffic except for the occasional chicken. Highly recommend making time for this great experience. read more

Kerry was extremely kind and gracious to hold my request for mobile service while I was juggling with a plan.. Forest came to give me a deep therapeutic massage. We had an amazing massage experience, especially after our three-day hike. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I really appreciated that they asked which areas I wanted to focus on, and since I have some back issues, they gave extra attention to that part, which was perfect. My only recommendation would be to book more than one hour, and if possible, try their outdoor location available in the morning hours. It adds a special touch to the experience! read more

I've had my fair share of massages. But I just experienced the best I've ever had. Extremely relaxing perfect amount of pressure I was transformed into another place. My husband and I had a 90 minute oceanfront couple's massage. Our massage therapists were Skylar & Melvia! They did an amazing job, even better than what we have experienced back at home or other vacation destinations! If we could, we would've brought them home with us! Lol. They made us feel relaxed and addressed our areas of concern during the massage. The experience is exactly as described, oceanfront. You wear your swimsuit under the sheet and there are privacy screens on the cabana. The cabana has a small public sidewalk in front of it that separates it from the ocean but it is not busy and was not bothersome for us! It is so peaceful and relaxing to hear the actual ocean while you enjoy your massage. ‍ I highly recommend this business and we will definitely come back next time we are on Kauai! read more

Jeanie has magic hands. And listening to the palms rustle and the waves roll in as you get a massage is awesome. Thank you !!

I had really messed up my neck and upper back while traveling to Hawaii during my last trip and was desperately in need of a good deep tissue massage. My husband and I decided to try Elevate Wellness because of the good reviews, but unfortunately I don't think the Lomi Lomi style was too effective for what I needed. The masseuse Cary and her partner were very friendly and awesome, however it was just the style that didn't work for my tight muscle knots unfortunately. read more

Elevate Wellness rocks. We loved Malia's amazingly powerful and sensitive elbows out at the beachfront pavilion. Craig did an amazing job for us as well! Oceanside massage. I had a 90 minute massage by the beach with Lori and gosh what a way to end the day! She is an absolute gem with magical hands. Not much to say other than an amazing 90 minute Lomi Lomi deep tissue massage. One of things that made it more enjoyable was that their cabana was very private from onlookers but yet close and off the coast which was very refreshing/relaxing. Just imaging listening to the gentle lapping of waves from the ocean. On top of that, Malia, the masseuse was great. The cabana is tucked behind the Hotel Coral Reef just off of Kapaa Beach. The Hotel Coral Reef is a small hotel so we didn't have to trek through a huge resort to get a 5 star massage. The HCR has their own parking lot so I didn't have to worry about finding parking. Plus, if you're in your Poipu, Lihue, or Kapaa area, you don't have to drive all the way around the island. Getting the appointment set up with Carey was really easy as well. From start to finish, this was a very relaxing experience and is definitely a must-do if/when we revisit Kauai again. read more

Hey surfers and beach lovers, what's up! Captain 619 here! Today's review is all about Elevate Wellness Kauai, dude. Imagine this: roll the intro to Fantasy Island. With Tattoo Ricardo Boss, Da Plane, Da Plane!!!! Hervé Villechaize in the bell tower excited to see new visitors. That's how I felt when I saw the super chill spot for our 60 minutes. My queen hit me up with a surprise massage at this spot and it was epic, bro. She's my Queen, always coming in clutch with the coolest ideas. The massage team, Carla and Melia, were absolute legends - they had our backs, literally. The location was right by the waves, so we were catching those ocean vibes the whole time. For 60 minutes, we were totally in the zone, just living our best island life. It was like getting a tattoo of paradise on our souls, man. Stoked to catch that wave of relaxation, dude. So, if you're looking for the ultimate escape and a taste of paradise, you must try Elevate Wellness Kauai - trust me, you won't regret it. read more

I received a mineral mud and seaweed mask treatment from Kerry, followed by a full body massage. My skin was so nourished and soft after the mud treatment. It was heavenly! The warm foot towels and hot shower really completed the experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the foot reflexology, and the cranial massage. It was so relaxing . The full body massage after the mud was incredible ‍ I floated into another world, and was nearly drooling on the table. Kerry is very professional and uber skilled. I would 100/10 recommend. My husband and I have gotten oceanfront couples' massages from Elevate Wellness the past two years. When we visited at the end of March, 2026, I was experiencing some neuropathy in my feet, which I assumed was a bit of a flare from a previous bout with sciatica. Craig was my massage therapist for both my visits, and he is more of a spiritual healer in my opinion. Based on an MRI, I assumed the neuropathy came from a herniated disc at L5-S1. However, Craig seemingly read my energy and addressed tightness in my neck and when he worked it out, I felt my feet relax for the first time in months! In my experience, Craig can sense what's going on in the body/muscles so he can address the root cause, despite what doctors may have said. Add to all that the sound of the waves, the Kauai breeze, the amazing massage oil, and the relaxing music that's played in the tent, and you get absolute paradise! read more

Where do I begin. We booked beach massages and although a bit more public than expected it was simply amazing. It was the kind of massage you can actually relax and enjoy. First there was no excessive pressure or kneeding. No over s stretching. The waves a little rain trees blowing bird sounds along with the rooster made this perfect. I almost fell asleep several times and felt muscle relax all over. Will do it again. Paying is strange as you pay part up front and then remaining and more tax with tip at end but it worked out even though reception wasn't great. Depending on who you get they have various payment options. The table and wraps were pretty and they used nice oils that helped with sun burn. Perfect read more

I'm shocked at how special and transformative of an experience my full body massage was. I realized after this massage that I think I forgot what it meant to be fully immersed in relaxation. I was so relaxed after that I felt as if I had taken some sort of drug. That's how good my massage therapist was. His name is Forest, and I mean this that this guy has truly mastered his craft and is a true artist of the body. I live on another island but will surely be back to be his canvas! This experience was much more than a massage for me it was a true transformation of my perspective on intimate touch, selflessness and peace.
