I highly recommend a visit and treatment here. As a Nurse and Holistic Healthcare Practitioner, I can be a bit picky with healing facilities. ...I was so happy I found this place and the staff . It's just off the main road in Kapaa,Kauai. I attended a couple of weekly Reiki sharing groups( it's open to the all ). I think it was free at the time. Katina's ran the group. She is a gifted teacher. She explained Reiki to non Reiki practitioner's in a easy to understand way. There was a cool mecca of attendees. It was a blessing to have a massage with Mahilelani ( sorry spelling ?). It was complete with crystal bowls while I was on this cool Dolphin water bed. This is a mermaid type bed :0) I've never experienced anything like it.. Awesome,I was floating.. I'm smiling ..It was a great experience. Mahilelani is a gifted healer. Mahalo M ! I was also blessed to spend time with the owner Jeannie. She is a such a nice, caring person and an intuitive gifted healer as well. What she is doing in Kapaa is so great. If had a hotel in Kauai, I would provide free transport here. Also: They offer various classes. While I was on island, Rebecca Goff was teaching Aqua Cranial classes w/ Dolphin Touch.. If it wasn't for my budget, I would have loved to be a student is another awesome healer. They were going to swim and be with the Dolphins.. If you are looking for a snug healing place in Kauai, I recommend Dolphin Touch Wellness. Today my wife and I visited Dolphin Touch which provided us with our meeting space. As we took off the shoes and stepped into the place, the healing vibes filling the space welcomed us. It was creating a decent healing environment. Especially the owner Jeanne was a very nice lady and she was attentive to each and every visitors. I enjoyed to see the jewels made of the special Calcite mined in the Kauai Island locally. We had a very good time to meet and talk with people at Dolphin Touch today. * I found out that they open in the evening on the first Saturday of the month so we can stop by when we visit Kapaa street art festival. I was looking for a massage but I didn't want to book at a hotel spa as they use to overcharge you and they're also too conservative to massage certain areas like gluteus or lower back, and I needed that. So after checking their website I ended up here, looking for something different, "holistic" and such. Well, the place is located in a house that looked to me it had better times to be proud of; it looks also like a business ran by an outdated group of hippies recycled into the all-organic-natural-balanced theme to make their business. And this is a legitimate business, don't take me wrong but at the end the massage is like any other massage I can get in WA State for a 40% less money. Amy was my therapist and she did a great job; she uses organic (of course) coconut oil and she uses it too much in my opinion. She did a mix of Swedish and lomi-lomi massage that I loved; still too conservative with some areas but the experience wasn't too bad with a fresh air circulating all the time thanks to two open windows and a fan. BTW they charge you like a fancy hotel massage, but don't expect anything else or special features like aromatherapy, water bed or so; I wasn´t offered anything of that. In fact, they opened the clinic for me at 6 pm. Weird experience. read more

The ideal place to finish off a wonderful day on Kaua'i! Laurie, my gifted masseur, has a magical touch that put me in THE most blissful state of relaxation. I also got to meet owner Jeanne who was very hospitable and cool! Amazing haven for spiritual renewal! Just arriving to the healing center fills you with a sense of calm. Jeanne is so full of love and light. I did the dolphin energy healing session in the ocean back in May. Bliss. She does everything to make sure you're comfortable and that you understand the process from start to finish. Aside from spiritual healing there was physical addressed as well. I hold much of my stress/tension in my neck and for the first time in I don't know how long, after our session my neck felt no pain. I had an hour and fifteen minute deep tissue massage with Laurie Bolton. I run and told her I needed my hamstrings, hips and glutes worked pretty hard to not let things get too tight. She used her feet on my hamstrings and knees on my glutes. Yes, the place is rustic and not hotel spa like. And yes it was not inexpensive. But I've been getting massages all over the world and every 2 weeks for 5 years while I ran marathons and there was nothing, nothing as awesome as her technique. I truly left high as anything on pure relaxation which rarely ever happens! read more

Was not given the choice of inside or outside...so it was outside, hot, not enough privacy, and the sound of cars, motorcycles buzzing by was not the atmosphere that I had expected. My husband and I booked a couples massage based on a coupon book ad that promised a "couples 1.5 hour massage for $119.00". The facility was an old house that had seen better times. They wanted you to feel as if they were offering a wholistic wellness experience. But the first thing they did when we arrived was to try to up-sell by offering a massage table that had a water mattress or another table that had an infrared bed. My husband and I were in separate rooms. The massage was good but when it came time to pay they charged $119.00 each plus the up-sell charge. NOT WORTH IT. We felt swindle read more

There is Lomi massage and then there is Temple Lomi healing work. This was the treatment I had been searching for all my life. I had just passed a kidney stone three days prior and had completed chemotherapy in January. My body was stuck. Dolphin Touch arranged my session with Shane, a Temple Lomi practitioner. He worked on me for over two hours. Results were unbelievable. I was energized and pain was gone. Next day I hiked part of Napali Coast trail for four hours. I moved to Kauai in March and still in the process of checking out the island and good places to go for what. I recently found Dolphin Touch Wellness Center. I was looking for a community of healers and people like me who love yoga, meditation and consciousness seminars and activities. I met the owner and assistant who explained all the amazing services they offer. Jeanne, the owner, explained how she does sessions in the water for inner child healing and going back to the womb which sounds amazing. They have an extensive gift shop with all kinds of healing tools, stones, jewelry, incense, sage, oils and anything you can imagine for wellness and healing. I felt very comfortable there and yes, it is an old house that was changed to a business, but that is what gives it the homey feel. So if you feel a connection with water and dolphins this is definitely your place. But if you just want a normal cheap massage experience, don't go here, the people here are healers and ready to offer more than just a massage. read more
