She didn't tell us which room to go to nor did she say that the check in has been completed. I asked the other cashier to direct me to the correct party and she was able to give me that information. On top of trying to make it to a timed party, there is no doubt that finding parking in the parking lot can take about five minutes. The lack of parking is frustrating to say the least. The employee there was very nice and fun but was not too knowledgeable about the tricks or equipment available, she did not know how to use the harnesses that were there so we were not able to utilize those at all. There are some small skis, a snowboard, and a skateboard for use on the trampolines which was pretty fun. There are two trampoline rooms, only one was available while we were there which was not a problem as the kids were able to switch off and rear in between turns. This was definitely a highlight of our mammoth vacation, and if we lived in mammoth I'm sure we would be visiting frequently.

When we questioned the policy and asked for her name, she walked away to the office and called security instead of handling the situation respectfully. We felt unwelcome and disrespected. Telling customers "you're more than happy to leave" is not how you treat families who come to enjoy time together. There was no attempt to resolve the issue -- only attitude. Management seriously needs to improve customer service and communication. We won't be returning after this experience.

I am beyond disgusted with my experience at Urban Air Adventure Park Sacramento…read more My 7 year old son went there to have fun, and instead left scared for his safety. A group of teenage boys approached him, called him "little N" multiple times, and tried to lure him by saying they had candy and telling him to come to them. Let that sink in. A child was racially harassed and made to feel like he was about to be kidnapped inside a place that is supposed to be safe for kids. He ran and told his godmother, who immediately reported it to management. And what did they do? Nothing meaningful. The teens were not removed. They were allowed to stay and continue occupying the same space as the children they just targeted. That is unacceptable. This is bigger than "kids being kids." This is racism and dangerous behavior being ignored. When a business allows that kind of environment to continue, they are part of the problem. My son is biracial but does not appear to be, and he was targeted without hesitation. No child should have to experience that kind of fear just to play. Urban Air failed to protect him. They failed to act. And they failed to create a safe environment. If you are a parent, especially a parent of Black children, you need to seriously consider whether this is a place where your child will actually be safe. Do better.

At least the employees were doing a better job of monitoring the children than the last time we were here. There aren't many seating areas for non-paticipants, but since we were there midweek, we managed. There are some massage chairs you can pay to use, however some of them are somewhat dilapidated with the faux leather peeling off.
