I was hesitant to do this ahead of time as I didn't want to purchase it and then arrive and find out we couldn't go for some reason. When we got there the WiFi was so bad that we almost left before we were finally able to sign up for the insurance using our phones. The site states they have coaches available but that was not really accurate. The employee there was very nice and fun but was not too knowledgeable about the tricks or equipment available, she did not know how to use the harnesses that were there so we were not able to utilize those at all. There are some small skis, a snowboard, and a skateboard for use on the trampolines which was pretty fun. There are two trampoline rooms, only one was available while we were there which was not a problem as the kids were able to switch off and rear in between turns. This was definitely a highlight of our mammoth vacation, and if we lived in mammoth I'm sure we would be visiting frequently.

I did find that the negative reviews were closer to my experience than the positive reviews. It is poorly run. They have only one counter person who is willing to spend 10 or 15 minutes on a customer trying to convince them to buy a membership. That means everyone else has to wait in line while this happens. Very poor service. Since I was the adult waiting for a couple of children for 90 minutes I looked to see if they had a guest Wi-Fi and they did. I asked them for the password and they said that's a leftover from the old owner. They never thought of just unplugging the router so that it doesn't broadcast that ssid. Additionally on 100° plus day the temperature inside was about 78°. Everybody is sweating including myself just sitting there. Filling out the release I find that they have no restrictions on what they do with your personally identifiable information. You cannot opt out of them selling it. I just entered false information. The kids did have fun which is the reason they don't get a one-star review. There is an old saying that Stockton is where restaurants come to die, I would say this may be true of sky zone too.

Never is crazy lol also the new hours, 4-8pm in the middle of summer is wild. It used to be a pretty solid place for parents to come work remote while their kids played but apparently that era is over. 4-8 is like the prequel to closing for good.

When we arrived, I was told my toddler could jump while I watched from the sidelines. However, after seeing how chaotic the facility was, there was no way I felt comfortable doing that. Children were running around unsupervised, teenagers were climbing up the slides the wrong way, kids weren't taking turns, and I didn't see staff monitoring any slides. To keep my 23-month-old safe, I ended up paying the additional 50% fee so I could accompany him on the trampoline. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy the party, I spent the entire time chasing and playing alongside my toddler to make sure he didn't get hurt. It was exhausting--I left drenched in sweat, and I'm 38 years old, a runner, and in good shape. Unfortunately, the experience got worse when we left the party area. Someone stole my Altra running shoes along with the zippered party favor bags we had received. My 5-year-old was heartbroken. On top of that, many of the arcade games were out of order, two major attractions were closed. I think this location would benefit greatly from having a dedicated toddler area where younger children can play safely away from older kids. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this Urban Air.
