This is one of the most welcoming and positive communities we have ever been part of. Everyone is supportive and wants everyone to grow and get better together. The professor is really takes the time to teach the techniques not just for sport, but for self defense. A lot of juijitsu gyms will have you grappling on day one, and this can lead to injury.
