He offers classes 5 times a week and for $35, you can attend as many classes a month as you want. Steve teaches kickboxing technique and also runs through rounds of high intensity workouts. He plays great music and encourages all his students. The kickboxing classes are primarily women and there's a great sense of community as everyone works out together. You'll leave feeling confident and stronger each time! Definitely try this great local studio out!
