I bought a 90 minute groupon as a gift for $83. I called and booked the appt. and told them I didn't think the person (I bought the gift for) had been there before but I was not 100% sure. They took all his information and told me that yes he could use the groupon. After the massage was over, they told him that he owed an additional $56. I called after to ask why they had not told me that when I scheduled the appt. The person first said the staff member that scheduled it had only been there for a few days and later in the conversation, she said it was the staff members first day. She also said it was their fault but there was nothing they could do. They also told him if he was to buy a membership, they would honor the groupon. I feel like they were dishonest, admitted it was there fault and told me too bad you are out of luck. It's not really a gift, if the person has to pay when they get there. And it kind of ruins the experience if you end of having to pay for your gift. I thought by calling ahead (to schedule the appt) I would make sure that he could use it. read more

It states that billing is done on the 1st and 15th. I cancelled my contract and I was immediately billed and not on the 15th. This is the second time that I was billed incorrectly. Don't do a monthly contract, they will screw you over. read more

I booked my first appointment last September as an anniversary gift from my boyfriend and since then it has been nothing but an amazing experience. I've had the pleasure of working with one of the massage therapists in particular by the name of Jessica. It is very rare for me to find someone that can work with my knots and my lower back conditions but she has proved to me through her knowledge and experience that she definitely knows what she is doing. To top it off she has such a pleasant personality and she really listens to my concerns when it comes to pain or stiffness as well as pressure. She also incorporates stretching into the massage which really makes me feel relaxed and stress free when I walk out the door. I've been here twice now, at my wife's recommendation. She has a membership and generously gave me one of her prepaid massages. Tried to book Bryan, who was booked up for while, so we tried whoever was available. Wish I could remember her name. She was terrific. Today I had my first Bryan experience, and it was also terrific, and quite different. I've been for hideously expensive spa massages and been underwhelmed. Both the therapists at Elements have impressed me. And whatever ambiance a spa might offer over this storefront chain, frankly I'm happy to save the money. I had the most amazing experience at Elements Massage on Camelback. I am 36 weeks pregnant and was a little scared of getting a prenatal massage. I was not sure what to expect because I cannot lay on my back or stomach. Dora was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She showed me the special table they use for expecting Mommy's and asked me how I was doing several times throughout the massage. When I left I felt better than I had in weeks. I used to see Ashley who is amazing at making you feel so relaxed and at ease but when my schedule changed and I couldn't get in to see her the girls up at the front desk found me another therapist to fit my needs and schedule. They recommended Karen because of her many years of knowledge as well as being so therapeutically effective. After one session with her I finally signed up for the wellness program because I needed to make sure I saw her at least once a month! I was having such a bad day before I went in besides getting lost since I wasn't really familiar with the location; The receptionist was amazing and very patient. It's my birthday and my husband wanted to surprise me with a massage. We were told we could not reschedule without paying a fee because I was not ready for a massage at that moment and then I was told I'd have to wear a mask the whole 90 minutes. I am claustrophobic and cannot stand wearing the mask for even 5 minutes. There was no way I could have relaxed wearing a mask that long. I literally cannot breathe. My poor husband was still charged a $45 cancellation fee. So not only did I ruin his surprise but that ruined my day!! So I am warning everyone out there......DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AHEAD OF TIME. They did not mention to my husband when he scheduled this that he would have to pay to reschedule. Be did know about the cancellation but the company could have offered another solution since I did not want a massage on their terms. They could have offered to let me reschedule when the mask policy was over. It was not my husband's fault that I did not want the massage on their terms. What a great service at this massage center! I had been suffering from headaches for weeks and I received a very technically advanced massage to loosen my spine. I have never provided any online review before but I simply had to provide this one. I am extremely picky about my massages. I usually pay to go to only the high price professionals in the Resort Spas. (They been put thru the fires and passed some tests, *usually they can be trusted to provide a pretty good massage untested.). I've also tried every Massage Elements in the Metro area with a gifted memebership. I'm picky. I like a firm steady pressure but certainly not what you'd call "deep tissue" or "sport" (I don't want to feel your fingers digging thru my liver) and delivered in slow, long strokes and in a methodical way providing the best relaxing rhythm to the whole massage. I travelled 40 miles from my residence clear down to Camelback over and over and over again just to visit the absolute BEST masseuse I've found, JENNIFER, who didn't just provide the best most relaxing massage ever, the kind where you get up and your whole body just feels like jelly, but *consistently* provided best massage ever over and over! Ask for Jennifer! She's intuitive with her hands. You won't possibly regret it. If you have to wait for her, wait, if you have a pick another day for her, pick it, if you have to travel a ways to get to Camelback, she's worth it. She could easily go professional in the best spas in the state! One day she will. read more

YUCK! This was the worst massage of my life! I planned a date night, we ate at Postinos, went to get a massage and ewe! We live on the West side and normally go to the Arrowhead Elements...we love them! Lets just say to get to this location you pass this awful dumpster smell, then upon walking in things are good. We get into the couples room, so far so good, we are ready for our massage! They come in, forget to turn down the lights. I asked to start face up, apparently that pissed him off? He did this really weird stretch on me, I thought I was going to die, he put my neck to my chest, then pushed my head up in the air but didn't warn me. He ran his elbow down my shin, my god...the pain is still here today! I feel like elbow is just lazy massage and thats all he used. At the end of this horribly not relaxing massage he beat me. He did that stupid hitting thing they sometimes do during a pedicure all over my freaking body...hey relax enjoy an hour long massage, then ill beat the crap out of you before you get up. When I arrived I was feeling good, on my way out my neck had a kink I kid you not. My fiance on the other hand, when I called I said he likes light pressure and just relaxation massage, she said oh great Martha would be perfect for him, when we arrived they had a book on the therapists where we learned that Martha specializes in deep tissue and hard pressure, how exactly would she be perfect for him? She asked him how the pressure was, he said way too hard, she didn't change her pressure at all. What a waste of money, and how embarrassing on my behalf trying to plan a relaxing date night to escape from the wonders of wedding planning. NEVER AGIN WILL WE VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!! read more
