The team that works there is friendly and polite and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. Every time I show up for a massage they greet me by name which really makes my day! My Massage Therapist Bryan is exceptional, truly magic hands and always willing to explain anything in detail when you ask. I treated my boyfriend to a couples massage, we both need one and it's been years for both of us...the front desk was friendly, didn't push products and was sweet person. I have a few first world problems..although I know this isn't a fancy spa I wish there was some kind of soothing, relaxing sent or smell in the waiting area. I didn't really like that the waiting area was right in the front by the register makes it not as relaxing. They did have little chocolates and strawberry infused water but again nothing fancy. Our massage room was nice the music was a little corny and not as soothing as places I have been in the past. One thing we noticed was the beds were not next to eachother or even facing eachother so we didn't one time get to ask eachother how our massage was. My massage was good I asked for high pressure and he did a great job there were times where because of injury I had a little discomfort I asked him to lighten up there and he did awesome with that also. He did this trick with a warm towel that was something ive never had before it was amazing. To streach out the neck. One complaint is he didn't massage my head. I love that I could have asked and didn't so that is on me also. My boyfriend enjoyed his massage and he was very relaxed and said she did a nice job with pressure. We both were relaxed had a 7pm hour and a half massage. Perfect time for us also. All in all good epxerence but not really blown away. If you're looking for a nice massage prices are a little high for what you're getting atmosphere wise. But good place I'd go back and see John again. read more

If you ever choose to come here for a deep tissue massage, then Teresa is your guuuurl! She is a good listener and pays attention to detail. Although it was a deep tissue, I was still able to doze off perhaps for a few minutes or so. She had a great way of relaxing my muscles and not make me feel so anxious, as she worked away at releasing the knots in my upper back, shoulders and neck! Armed with my Groupon in hand, I made an appointment for a massage. Amy was my massage therapist. I asked for half "regular" massage and half "deep tissue." I loved my massage! She gave me just what I needed. I know I tend to have tight muscles around the shoulders and that part of the massage was a tiny bit painful but not like I've had it prior. I don't like my massages when they're too light. I mean, what's the point? I want to feel as though some of the tension has left my body, and that can only happen with a little kneading of the tissue. The reception area is light and welcoming and clean. And with chocolate Hershey's candy, yummm! Had a couple while I waited. The only thing observation is I don't think the extra money for the aromatherapy was worth it. I barely smelled it. I have loved getting regular massages for years, but I usually go to Massage Envy. I bought a Groupon to get a massage here. It was not a good experience. The masseuse ignored my requests and when I mentioned how I usually like my therapeutic massages (basically, I don't like to feel like my skin is being rubbed off), she told me that this is the best way to have a massage and just to go with it. I received a gift card to Elements from my aunt and I was so excited to use it! I have never been to Elements before and this would be my first time. When I arrived and was about to start my 90 minute massage I was asked any areas I would like to focus on, I said I would like to spend a decent amount of time on my feet. My massage was decent at best and she spent a total of 10 minutes on my feet (not 10 minutes each, but together so maybe 5 minutes per foot) if I asked you to focus on my feet, wouldn't you think to spend more than 10 minutes of 90 minute massage?... anyways I didn't complain because after all it was a free massage right?..... So I was walked up to the counter to check out and I gave them my gift card. They proceed to tell me there is no money on my gift card... I said that must be a mistake because I got the gift card as a present from my aunt and I've never been here before or used it. She continued to tell me there was nothing on it and she needed my credit card info to charge.... I was polite and said I would of never come here if I didn't have a gift card... she said she'd look into it but still needed my card info incase she couldn't figure it out.... I left obviously upset and completely unrelaxed now.... I was going in to get a massage, destress and enjoy the gift from aunt and now they are telling me I needed to pay for it? The following week I received multiple calls from them, asking questions, needing my aunts name, phone number and information.... they turned this in to quite an ordeal...... Almost 2 weeks later they finally figured out the problem and it was an error made on their end when issuing the gift card...... so when it's all done and squared away..... they then call me AGAIN, asking if I want to leave a gratuity with my card they have on file? After this prolonged ordeal, mediocre massage and massive headache you've given me.... no, I do not wish to leave a gratuity.... Also, why do you still have my card information on file....you shouldn't of even had my card number in the first place. My advice, if it is a first time customer who has a gift card maybe don't make such a big deal over one massage. You turned what was supposed to be relaxing massage into over a week long headache and basically accusing my aunt of giving me a bunk gift card..... I will definitely not be returning and would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Our first time in, I scheduled a couples massage and although my reflexology was okay, neither of us gained a massage and some of the work was done through the sheet. The receptionist was kind and patient and found me the right kind of masseuse for deep tissue pain and was also able to rush me in the same day. I had never received a massage before. I was anxious, quiety and kinda, I dunno, insidiously agitated. I've been to chiropractic, it really just didn't do it for me. But just... I needed something to help me work out my tightness. So, I reached out and gave Elements Massage at this location a chance. Maybe it's a muscular issue, right? I don't know; I am too busy, let's give this a shot. I work with a budding company stressing me out all day every single day to no end; I legitimately just wasn't sure if it was for me. I never thought it was for me. But man, was I wrong. This Elements Massage will melt every solitary worry away from your mind. Or at least, this was my experience. Hannah and Jazz, the front desk women, took me into consideration immediately. They reviewed my situation and relayed my bothered annoyances directly to the therapist, clearly, and I was was in communications immediately. Once I arrived, Theresa, the therapist, took me in immediately-- five minutes tops-- and went right to collective understanding. The rooms are so serene. It is just so fricken cool. The massage was so professional and deep, though! She knew exactly-- seriously so exactly where to hit. I personally experienced a Deep Tissue Sports Massage because I hit the gym everyday without fail and I fricken hurt in addition to my business stress. I shouldn't be in more pain after a massage than before, right? I get massages about once a week. I thought I would give this place a shot. I told my masseuse going in that I had no pain and no issues and was just getting a massage relaxation. Despite this, she dug at my neck like there was gold in there, asking "don't you have neck pain? Don't you have headaches?" I sure a hell do now! I didn't before! She said she was correcting bulging disks in my neck and correcting my cervical spine.WTF! if someone is going to work on my spine it will be a DOCTOR! And a specialist to boot! Not to mention- who asked you to? This is scary, going in for relaxation and getting an untrained person playing at being a doctor. And I have had the worst headache and neck ache of my life for the past 11 hours. Oh, and super overpriced. Basic strip mall ambience at luxury spa prices. So I am so very lucky my Godmother bought me an hour massage for my birthday, she was looking around for someone who could massage someone with fibromyalgia. So she came across Elements and she called me and said call this number ask for Leticia everything has been taken care of, my aunt lives out of state. I call to set up my appointment the girl I spoke to on the phone was really nice. I showed up today and I walk in and I am immediately greeted, I had a couple forms I had to fill out, she offered me water with fresh strawberries, there were chocolates sitting at the table. What I liked is they have a photo album type of book on the table and it tells you a little about each therapist which I found cool. I have such a bad short term memory but the girls in the front were so nice very personable. My therapist Leticia greeted me, led me into the room sat down with me asked about my health, what type of pressure and if I wanted full body or upper only. I opted for full body light touch because I do not know how my fibromyalgia will react. She explained to me how to lay down etc she left the room, cane back and the massage started. Her pressure was perfect and she checked in on me to make sure it was ok. She was very nice as well, and seemed to genuinely care. Overall I thought it was a great experience. If my fibromyalgia reacts the way I'm hoping and this helps me I definitely will come back and do the monthly membership and definitely to see Leticia again! read more

Nice place with great location. I started my first session using a groupon. Staff is really friendly and attentive, they have the trendy bowl of cucumber water ready while you wait. LMTs are great, mine had the perfect meat hooks for my massage. Style was pretty decent for my first one. They have a great member program with $59 hourly member massage. First one is $30 off. Massage rooms are decent size and reasonable temperature. Only issue I had was the construction as one you step outdoors the smell is foul, but this is temporary. I was in the area and walked in to see if there was a deep tissue massage available. I purchased a first time massage coupon w/discount 6 weeks ago. I informed the friendly front desk. I was told there was an opening for deep tissue 2 hours later. I went home and came back 2 hours later and sat until 10 minutes after my massage was due to start.
