I really love Elements, I Do the once a month massage with Tazia and she is the best for deep tissue. I have one spot that always gets very tight and knotted and I leave feeling so much better. My fiancée started going as well and he also really likes it. The special program I do makes it only $59 a month for a massage and it automatically comes out of my account - nice and easy! They even sent me a free upgrade last month for an 80 min massage instead of my normal 50 min, very cool! The atmosphere is also nice and everyone is very friendly. read more

Noemi and Maya are both excellent massage therapists. I hesitate to share this info as they will become even more popular, but they deserve the accolades. They both seem to specialize in deep tissue and sports massages, which I prefer. They have helped me work out some of my lower back, hip, IT band, and elbow issues. They listen well, and respond to what my body needs that day. I usually make my appointments a week in advance to get in with them, but they are both well worth it. Was a little apprehensive, as this was my first massage. As a weightlifter, and being employed in a physically demanding job, I felt the daily tensions settle in my back, shoulders, and arms. Jasmine was my masseuse, and my tensions would take a beating. She was professional, friendly, kind, and I'd recommend her to anyone. I had the most amazing massage last evening. Allison was my therapist and she seemed so in tune with my needs. I have had massages in the past, and never had I had experienced the tingling sensation of the increased blood flow throughout my body like I did after this massage. I travel a lot for work, and any chance I get, I make an appointment with Candy at Elements in Glendale, she is an amazing masseuse. She asks the right questions, listens to your responses and incorporates the right techniques to balance your body. She customizes the massage to the individual, and is great at offering ideas for stretches and body work one can do at home, in between massage appointments. Candy has a very flexible schedule and is so accommodating! read more

I have been to this location several times over the past few years. The service is hit or miss. The therapists turn over rate seems high. The office/receptionists are rude. On two occasions the receptionist blamed me for her mistake and made a note about it in the computer which ironically printed out on my receipt. The manager who dealt with that was very kind and I wish I made note of her name. The second time I had a receptionist actually yell at me because I wanted to understand a policy better. She acted like I was wasting her time by having to explain the policy to me. Then I got a phone call this morning from Mary who said she was a manager. She wanted to inquire about our last 90min massage and past issues we have had but never made a stink about. During trying to explain our side she constantly talked over me, blew off my issues and made several excuses for the poor service from the therapist and receptionist. She called me, I didn't call them to complain. Why would you call a customer and not even give them the opportunity to share the issues they had with their staff to better serve customers? I will never go back here again strictly based on the way the manager Mary handled herself this morning. read more

The worst customer service I think I've ever had and I'm pretty easy going, I've never even written a negative review. I called to purchase a Mother's Day massage for my wife and her friend, they told me that there were times opened so I bought them. After she tells me they don't have 2 massages open at the same time so she would try to make it work and call me. 6 phone calls later I call cancel one so my wife can just go and she tells me there all booked up. I told her numerous times what times we were looking for and they did nothing. If I ran my business like that I wouldn't have one. Thanks elements read more

I am sorry to have to do this because the therapists at this location are fantastic. However, beware of getting their membership because you cannot get an appointment. If you can give a week's notice or do not work on weekdays you may get lucky. However, for those of us that signed up for the wellness plan and come in when in pain, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment. I have called on a Thursday to get in any time Thursday afternoon-Sunday and NOTHING is available. It has been like this for months with lots of excuses on how they are just so busy and getting more therapists, but nothing changes. So, not only is it a waste of money, but so much for wellness as you can just hold on to that pain or go pay somewhere else on top of your monthly elements fee. read more

I went in on a whim. My shoulder had been bothering me. Professional front desk staff. Organized check in process. I was assigned to see Charles later that day and he was fantastic. On time, professional, courteous, thorough, great massage. Great experience. I felt better when I left and by the next morning, the my shoulder felt 95% better. read more

Most of their therapists are pretty good and talented. A couple I would not see again. Since they changed management? They have gone downhill. Their condescending attitude when asked a question is not acceptable. I had gotten ill and unable to get in for my massages. I had called to cancel my membership. Was encouraged to put it on a hold. So I thought I did. Well they were still billing my credit card. Luckily my card got lost and I had to get a new one. They didn't have the new account numbers. They kept sending me emails for the new account numbers. When I contacted them that my acct was supposed to be on a hold due to illness, they said "no it was not" They refused to credit me or even allow me any ability to have massages on these that I already paid for! So they took my money and said "screw you!" When I was ill and called to cancel but was talked into putting it on a hold. When I requested to talk to a manager, they said she was not there. They gave me a shift supervisor. She knew nothing. When I asked for the GM. She said she wasn't there. She also refused to give me her name. She claimed the GM's name was "private" Okay well I could google it sweetheart and I found it. Shows how ignorant she was. Then claimed she gave her a message to call me. She never did. I called the main corporate offices. No response. I emailed them - no response! This is unfortunate. Because there were a bunch of good therapists there but now crappy salesmanship and poor management is ruining this business. read more

Great massages! I have had many different therapists and they all have been great. The therapists will ask what you want done and tailor the massage to meet your needs, not just a standard massage I have had at other places in the past. I used a Groupon and after my massage they sold me a four month "Special" deal where I would be charged each month for a total of the four months. Well, after the four months passed, they continued to charge me and did this for 3 extra months. They refused to refund me and never even responded back to a complaint by the Better Business Bureau. They are more interested in getting your money up front than keeping a customer. NEVER USE THEM except with a Groupon. read more
