I won a free massage here a while back. The staff was friendly but the therapist I had was likely a new graduate. She was quite nervous and her hands were shaky throughout the hour massage. So this review is purely as a buyer view. Was my wife's birthday and she's pregnant so i called an asked for specials to help her with her body, they told me they had a special for 1hr and that was max recommended for a pregnant lady.. they had a 30min/60min and then a 90min which required doctor consent. so i went with the hour due it costing the same as the 30min. Welllll long story short i dropped her off and for her to only call me to 40min later saying she was done. So i spent that money to get shorted out on another 20min?! Thats ridiculous, false advertising for 60min to give her 40min. I would have loved to have given her the 90min but she did not have time to go see her doctor and get the 90min which in glad i didnt know as they short your time and take you money. So make sure you guys get your full time for your massage and not get shorted out on time. read more

A very clean, quiet professional place. Kaity, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. "Maggie" was great. She gave me an amazing deep tissue massage. She's not a talker either, which I just love. They offer different package options to fill our needs to continue with massage therapy. If you've never had a massage this is a great place to start. My first experience here was good. My second was horrendous. The receptionists were curt, dismissive, and almost rude. The tension in the lobby was so thick you could cut it with a knife. They had changed my therapist without notifying me even though I was 10 to 15 min. early for my appointment. Nobody said anything. My substitute therapists skill level was significantly different from the first. The GM evidently didn't care about my experience as she never followed up with me. In short, GROSSLY INCONSISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, NON-EXISTENT COMMUNICATION, HIGHLY VARIABLE PRODUCT QUALITY, AND UNCONCERNED MANAGEMENT. read more

Use the Groupon, DON'T sign up for their Wellness Program! If you purchase a Groupon, they will try and cross sell you their Wellness program as if you're getting a deal...you're not. The woman at the front desk told me that there were no fees, and that you can cancel at anytime with no stipulations. This is not true. I called in to cancel because I am relocating to another state, they told me it was not possible because 30 days is needed. I asked if I should cancel my card, the lady threatened me as if they would take action on me. Really? After speaking with the manager, she was so kind to waive the last month commitment of this no commitment program. Gee, thanks! To top it all off, they charge me $60 for the $45 Groupon. Talk about deceptive and misleading. read more

I asked for their top level 4-5 guy, specifically because I felt like they would have more experience and strength, Nathaniel was who they scheduled me with and I was very impressed. Within the 90 minutes he was able to cover every muscle fiber within my body which isn't possible in 60 minutes. I have been bodybuilding for 8 years and never had routine massages. Nathaniel was able to release much tension in my body and he kept the level 4-5 pressure during the whole session which can be very hard. It requires much endurance on their part, Nathaniel was able to release so many knots and I feel like my lower back has balanced out only after one session. I scheduled another appointment three weeks out and am looking forward to it. Also Nathaniel has 23 years experience in this field so his scope of practice is very vast. 5 stars for you read more

I found Elements Therapeutic Massage through both Google search and Spafinder - looking for a place to get a great massage near my workplace. I was not disappointed! I wanted a Swedish massage, with some deep tissue work on my shoulders. Tracy was my massage therapist and she was fantastic. She made sure I was comfortable, the pressure was good, and was very quiet during the entire 80 minute massage. I had a long hard day at work so I was hoping I could just zone out and it was definitely easy to relax. The office manager who checked me in was quitr pleasant as well. Let me start by saying Gary is absolutely amazing at deep tissue. Had shoulder I could barely move and he totally solved problem. Was so good I booked another appt a week later, however,when I went in today for my second appt (a 2 hr one because Gary was so good on my shoulder) they did not show that I had an appt booked and earliest they can get me in is 5 days later...sorry but after a 30 min drive to get to a stress releasing massage..not a happy customer. Soo after 15 mins of trying to check in and 1/2 hr drive each way to appt..will not be going back...at $179 for a maasage you would expect more. read more

I've had numerous massages in the past, usually by different therapists and some of been great, some of been so-so, but Alexandria is WOW! She gets the job done, but doesn't make you feel to crappy afterwards (you know, the soreness and tenderness). She is great and I would highly recommend her if you want a great and relaxing massage, but also a productive one that gets the knots out as well. read more

I was very sore in my hamstrings and glutes, she paid extra attention to those areas and even did some acupressure work for me. I've already booked my next appointment with her. Gary was my massage therapist recently, my first visit to this location. I had a Groupon and wanted to give them a try, being new to the area. I had just moved a few days prior so booked the massage well in advance, knowing I would be in need. Gary did a decent job, wasn't too hard and wasn't too soft. He was able to undo some of the damage that moving caused. I scheduled a few more visits, as part of a great membership offer, and hope that future visits will yield similar results. read more

The location is great and it used to be a great studio but has tanked in the last couple of months! All of the good therapists have left and the new owner and manager are TERRIBLE! The worst part of this experience was that I was charged 3 times for 1 visit and met someone in the lobby (while waiting for someone to help me) that was signed up for a "Wellness Plan" without her knowledge! Then when I thought it couldn't get any worse the girl at the front desk told us that it was by the direction of the owner and new manager and that her last manager was fired for not going along with his shady practices! They take your credit card number "to hold the appointment" then they charge you until you notice!! Everyone I have talked to about this say they have heard about this place. Boy I wish I had. They didn't even cover my overdraft charges. HIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Also, the Arrowhead location is just as bad and the staff is rude! Almost a year ago I completed the wellness program and was not very satisfied with my results or the management so I CANCELLED my membership (or so I thought). I made it clear that I never planned on coming back. Today I was charged (almost a whole year since I ended my membership) for a normal monthly membership. I called and they advised me that I signed a "suspension" form until January of 2018. Not sure why I would sign something stating I was going to come back when I plan on never doing that. Obviously I was not fully informed on what I was signing. I now have to go to the location and sign a "cancellation" form and they will not give me a refund. Very discouraging. I have see past reviews of others being charged for things they were unaware of as well. read more

Such an awesome place! ALL the therapists are amazing, they take their Que from YOU! I have been a wellness member since they have opened and have yet to have a bad massage. The temperature of the treatment rooms is perfect, the music is soothing, and the atmosphere is clean,quiet, and relaxing. If I could give this no stars I would. Let me start off by saying that initially when I went in with my Groupon they were great. Then I joined the massage club....after 3 months it went downhill. The therapists that were good left and the others were just mediocre. they talked too much and did not focus on the massage. I finally cancelled my membership this week when my daughter and I went in for massages and BOTH therapists were 20 minutes late. I went to the desk to inquire and was told "well they spend more time on their clients, don't worry, you'll get your turn." Not acceptable with an appointment set up and something to do afterwards. After all, its not like I was a walk in. I asked the manager to call me and no one ever did. Like most chain massages, they start off good and then are lousy. Save your money and wait for a cheap Groupon because this place is not worth it. read more
