The best reflexology session I've experienced. Definitely take advantage of their skills. The shop is clean and very welcoming. The staff is professional and friendly. read more

I'm really sad my husband purchased my prenatal massage for 1 hour. I loved the girl who worked on me, but my massage started at 7:15 and I was done at 7:55.. that was 40 mins exact not 60.... it was a little disappointing but oh well just won't come back I guess. It was not at all worth the 70$ for 40 mins read more

I won a free massage here a while back. The staff was friendly but the therapist I had was likely a new graduate. She was quite nervous and her hands were shaky throughout the hour massage. I still left happy with the free drinking cup and nice service from the front desk but it wasn't enough to convert to a membership. read more

Nicholas is the best ever! He makes me not want to leave. Took my husband today also for a couple's massage and Rachel was great. I'm surprised he didn't trade me in for her. Thy are both amazing and friendly. read more

So this review is purely as a buyer view. Was my wife's birthday and she's pregnant so i called an asked for specials to help her with her body, they told me they had a special for 1hr and that was max recommended for a pregnant lady.. they had a 30min/60min and then a 90min which required doctor consent. so i went with the hour due it costing the same as the 30min. Welllll long story short i dropped her off and for her to only call me to 40min later saying she was done. So i spent that money to get shorted out on another 20min?! Thats ridiculous, false advertising for 60min to give her 40min. I would have loved to have given her the 90min but she did not have time to go see her doctor and get the 90min which in glad i didnt know as they short your time and take you money. So make sure you guys get your full time for your massage and not get shorted out on time. read more

A very clean, quiet professional place. Kaity, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. "Maggie" was great. She gave me an amazing deep tissue massage. She's not a talker either, which I just love. They offer different package options to fill our needs to continue with massage therapy. If you've never had a massage this is a great place to start. If you are familiar with massages, this is a perfect place to try at least once! read more

The visit was great. A very relaxing atmosphere and great staff. I love the essential oils and look forward to going back for an aqua massage. read more

Carina just gave me the best massage I have ever had. Perfect balance of relaxation, while still feeling like she worked out my tension and knots. I'm so pleased with the whole experience and look forward to coming back to see her in a few weeks. read more

Clean and great costumer service. Was able to afford to go with a Groupon but there regular price is too expensive for me. Regular aprox $99/hr or aprox $65/hr first timers but my groupon was for $39/hr. Would've paid maybe $45-50/hour but not 65 and not 99. read more

Use the Groupon, DON'T sign up for their Wellness Program! If you purchase a Groupon, they will try and cross sell you their Wellness program as if you're getting a deal...you're not. The woman at the front desk told me that there were no fees, and that you can cancel at anytime with no stipulations. This is not true. I called in to cancel because I am relocating to another state, they told me it was not possible because 30 days is needed. I asked if I should cancel my card, the lady threatened me as if they would take action on me. Really? After speaking with the manager, she was so kind to waive the last month commitment of this no commitment program. Gee, thanks! To top it all off, they charge me $60 for the $45 Groupon. Talk about deceptive and misleading. read more

My first experience here was good. My second was horrendous. The receptionists were curt, dismissive, and almost rude. The tension in the lobby was so thick you could cut it with a knife. They had changed my therapist without notifying me even though I was 10 to 15 min. early for my appointment. Nobody said anything. My substitute therapists skill level was significantly different from the first. The GM evidently didn't care about my experience as she never followed up with me. In short, GROSSLY INCONSISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, NON-EXISTENT COMMUNICATION, HIGHLY VARIABLE PRODUCT QUALITY, AND UNCONCERNED MANAGEMENT. read more

Super professional especially during covid, amazing massage, overall wonderful experience. Definitely coming back!

The massage therapist was great but the management is horrible. I missed an appointment and they are charging 75%! I get it, no one want's to lose time but it's part of the business they choose to get into. Maybe 1/3 would be more appropriate. Then, watch out for the flaming hoops you have to jump through to cancel your membership! Just steer clear of this one. read more

I found Elements Therapeutic Massage through both Google search and Spafinder - looking for a place to get a great massage near my workplace. I was not disappointed! I wanted a Swedish massage, with some deep tissue work on my shoulders. Tracy was my massage therapist and she was fantastic. She made sure I was comfortable, the pressure was good, and was very quiet during the entire 80 minute massage. I had a long hard day at work so I was hoping I could just zone out and it was definitely easy to relax. The office manager who checked me in was quitr pleasant as well. I will definitely be back soon! read more

Yesterday, I had the best massage of my life! I had a 55-minute-long session with Tazia. I had requested a deep massage, with special attention to my neck, shoulders and upper back--where my muscles are always tight. That's exactly what I got.--and from my neck to the bottoms of my feet, I left feeling better than I have in months! Thank you, Tazia! You listened and cared about what I needed. I will return for another session with you soon! read more

Let me start by saying Gary is absolutely amazing at deep tissue. Had shoulder I could barely move and he totally solved problem. Was so good I booked another appt a week later, however, when I went in today for my second appt (a 2 hr one because Gary was so good on my shoulder) they did not show that I had an appt booked and earliest they can get me in is 5 days later...sorry but after a 30 min drive to get to a stress releasing massage..not a happy customer. Soo after 15 mins of trying to check in and 1/2 hr drive each way to appt..will not be going back...at $179 for a maasage you would expect more. read more

I purchased the Groupon and then signed up for the Wellness Plan. I have had 2 massages so far and they have both been exactly what I needed! The therapist, Joseph, is fantastic! read more

Maya is amazing. Her technique, attitude & energy are on point. She will not disappoint! Thank you!!

Jana is a great therapist! Definitely recommend this location and Jana in particular!!

I feel like I have been searching for my perfect masseuse for EVER....and I finally found her at Elements. I've had numerous massages in the past, usually by different therapists and some of been great, some of been so-so, but Alexandria is WOW! She gets the job done, but doesn't make you feel to crappy afterwards (you know, the soreness and tenderness). She is great and I would highly recommend her if you want a great and relaxing massage, but also a productive one that gets the knots out as well. read more

Whatever you do...do not give them your credit card, the Store Manager will recklessly charge your credit card and it is then your responsibility to make sure you are not double charged. CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS! The Store Manager is the issue!!! Therapists I had were excellent. read more

I just had my third massage at Elements. I could not be more satisfied. Natasha was my therapist and she was wonderful. I was very sore in my hamstrings and glutes, she paid extra attention to those areas and even did some acupressure work for me. I've already booked my next appointment with her. The entire staff is friendly and courteous, greeting me by name when I walk through the door. The environment is nice and relaxing as well. read more

My boyfriend and I were really looking forward to our one hour massages since we get them quite frequently. Unfortunately our actual therapist at a different spa was fully booked, we had to look elsewhere. We came here and the massages were mediocre and lacked skills. I have been doing massage for almost four years now and the therapist seemed right out of school. Advice request for an intermediate therapist. Someone with experience. read more

I asked for their top level 4-5 guy, specifically because I felt like they would have more experience and strength, Nathaniel was who they scheduled me with and I was very impressed. Within the 90 minutes he was able to cover every muscle fiber within my body which isn't possible in 60 minutes. I have been bodybuilding for 8 years and never had routine massages. Nathaniel was able to release much tension in my body and he kept the level 4-5 pressure during the whole session which can be very hard. It requires much endurance on their part, Nathaniel was able to release so many knots and I feel like my lower back has balanced out only after one session. I scheduled another appointment three weeks out and am looking forward to it. Also Nathaniel has 23 years experience in this field so his scope of practice is very vast. 5 stars for you read more

My massage therapist is Septimia and let me tell you, She is amazing! Every time I've gone here she know what I need, what I want, and she pressure is the best. She is knowledgable about her craft, and even give you tips to use at home to help you relax! I will recommended her every time to anyone and everyone! I know resort spas are great, but I've never had a massage this relaxing from a resort. read more

Gary was my massage therapist recently, my first visit to this location. I had a Groupon and wanted to give them a try, being new to the area. I had just moved a few days prior so booked the massage well in advance, knowing I would be in need. Gary did a decent job, wasn't too hard and wasn't too soft. He was able to undo some of the damage that moving caused. I scheduled a few more visits, as part of a great membership offer, and hope that future visits will yield similar results. read more

Have been a loyal client for years. They've got it right. Great service. Wonderful teams.

I have had massages there several times. They do fabulous work from the reception people to the massage therapist. I buy gift cards for my family members at Christmas and all of them love receiving them. Thank you Bethany for the great massage today! read more

I was so happy with my massage which was done by Mya. She was really good with releasing the tension in my upper back. She is really good at her job you can tell she has so much passion for it. Also, I was so pleased with my massage that I bought a package of 4 more massages. Thank you Elements Massage for such great service see you real soon! read more

Maya is GREAT! I found my regular masseuse. Definitely will go back. She had excellent technique and I felt so relaxed after.

Such an awesome place! ALL the therapists are amazing, they take their Que from YOU! I have been a wellness member since they have opened and have yet to have a bad massage. The temperature of the treatment rooms is perfect, the music is soothing, and the atmosphere is clean, quiet, and relaxing. I am guessing that I have had at least 36 massages at Elements and have never had a complaint.Well worth a visit! read more

My husband and I have been taking advantage of the environment/talent at Elements for several years now...we've yet to have a bad experience!! Based on our schedules, we've tried many different therapists and each has been professional and good at there craft. In addition, the front desk employees are ALWAYS pleasant and easy to work with. read more

My recent visit to Elements Massage was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating along with my masseuse, Alexandria. She made sure to keep me comfortable and meet the needs that we discussed before beginning the massage. The 90 minutes flew by and left me feeling great. I am already looking forward to my next visit! Thank you, Elements. read more

The location is great and it used to be a great studio but has tanked in the last couple of months! All of the good therapists have left and the new owner and manager are TERRIBLE! The worst part of this experience was that I was charged 3 times for 1 visit and met someone in the lobby (while waiting for someone to help me) that was signed up for a "Wellness Plan" without her knowledge! Then when I thought it couldn't get any worse the girl at the front desk told us that it was by the direction of the owner and new manager and that her last manager was fired for not going along with his shady practices! They take your credit card number "to hold the appointment" then they charge you until you notice!! Everyone I have talked to about this say they have heard about this place. Boy I wish I had. They didn't even cover my overdraft charges. HIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Also, the Arrowhead location is just as bad and the staff is rude! If you are going to ruin a perfectly good studio then atleast let us know where our regular therapists have gone!! Joe, Nathaniel, Wendy, Bethanie, Jana, Mackenzie??? Unacceptable! read more

I love this place! The girls up front are so sweet & Rene my massage therapist is amazing. She always asked how I was doing & was so sweet. Rene was very attentive & made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend Rene to anyone. Unfortunately I had to end my monthly sessions due to financial hardships, but I will definitely be back! Thanks Rene! You're such a sweetie! read more

Almost a year ago I completed the wellness program and was not very satisfied with my results or the management so I CANCELLED my membership (or so I thought). I made it clear that I never planned on coming back. Today I was charged (almost a whole year since I ended my membership) for a normal monthly membership. I called and they advised me that I signed a "suspension" form until January of 2018. Not sure why I would sign something stating I was going to come back when I plan on never doing that. Obviously I was not fully informed on what I was signing. I now have to go to the location and sign a "cancellation" form and they will not give me a refund. Very discouraging. I have see past reviews of others being charged for things they were unaware of as well. read more

Candy is AMAZING!!!!! She has the miracle touch! I have never had a bad experience at Elements Massage. The ladies are great, the atmosphere is relaxing, plus they have those delicious mints and you get your own bottle of water rather than a little cup. I just can't say enough good things about Candy though. I almost don't want to write this review because she'll just get busier than she already is. :) read more

I really love Elements, I Do the once a month massage with Tazia and she is the best for deep tissue. I have one spot that always gets very tight and knotted and I leave feeling so much better. My fiancée started going as well and he also really likes it. The special program I do makes it only $59 a month for a massage and it automatically comes out of my account - nice and easy! They even sent me a free upgrade last month for an 80 min massage instead of my normal 50 min, very cool! The atmosphere is also nice and everyone is very friendly. read more
