I went today with my friend and we made an appointment for 5 pm. Pedicure, full set and a fill. They get started on her pedicure as soon as we get there which is great. Then the guy who's in charge tells me to sit next to her and they'll start my nails. Well... an hour and a half goes by and I'm still not started on my nails, I even went to the guy and asked if they were still doing my nails... but here's the thing. They started peoples nails who came in after me. That was my ticking points I made an appointment, waited an hour and half before anyone even looked towards me and started other people! I left. I love the staff and clean environment here at Element Nail Spa. Everything is so modern and clean. My favorite service is the SNS fullest, I can go 3 weeks out until I need a fill. I don't understand the bad reviews. I have been a patron of this business for more than 10 years. I have never been disappointed. Maybe their prices are high for certain nail designs...but you do get what you pay for. This is not a team of professionals that rushes through their work. They are perfectionists. And that goes for all of them. Not just a few. Wendy, Danny and Rosie have done mine and my daughter's nails, pedicures and waxing for years. They are consistent and they work very hard, long hours. They are dedicated and accommodating and always give an honest opinion. If I could give them 10 stars, It wouldn't be enough! Ocean is a wonderful individual who values his team and his customers. My advice: if you are unhappy, don't worry wait until your service is completed to say something! Work WITH your tech to choose a style that is right for you. They will deliver! Amazing team! Will not be going back, horrible experience. The pedicure by the woman was nice,then I needed my nails done. I also needed my nails done,which I had the SNS dip. The nail tech started with the drill to get the top layer off. The drill got away from the nail tech and got my pinky finger pretty good. The cut was worse at the cuticle and wrapped around my finger. I should have walked away, but I didn't. The nail tech was truly sorry and I felt bad as he kept begging not to tell the manager. Also that there was a death in the family and he had to drive to and from California for the funeral and then straight back to work. After my laceration, then acetone is placed on your fingers to disolve the SNS. One word excruciating as it's burning like no other. It was the longest fill of my life, I just wanted to get the hell out of there. If by chance I get some infection, there were plenty of cameras in this place to get it on film. read more

The remodel is very nice and luxurious. But the service is not. Hadn't been in about a year and was pleased to go. I always chose this nail salon because I felt the pedicures lasted longer than others. Nail polish wise. Not even a week later half of the paint on my toes were chipping off. Also the new chairs didn't have any massagers which I thought was really lame. The man who did my toes also didn't push the cuticle so that was a bummer. Upon leaving the manager who rung me up looked at the tip I had left and gave me a smug look. As in it wasn't enough or something. Also doesn't take major credit cards like AMEX. Anyhow, won't be returning. There's plenty of nail salons that give amazing service. This isn't it. read more

Came in for a polish change and cut down, my nails are all crooked, asked him many times to even them out, got ignored, polish is on my skin, not clean at all, and there los some of my old color still on my nail even after the "color change". Guy was up and gone as soon as he was "done" he had to go smoke and had me standing around to pay for the expensive crappy nail job he just did. read more

I just moved back to tt we area and needed a moody daughter day so I took my 6 year old with me to treat her. They got us in quick and took good care of me and my baby girl. Worst pedicure I've received. My first time trying somewhere new. I guess the joke was a n me. She started the water I began the process .. this being my 1st time at this establishment I would think they would do there best. Nope after I said I only wanted there basic which consists of warm water only. Then she cut down my nails never touched my cuticles. I was paying attention to her because she didn't seem to know or want to do the pedicure. Felt her energy. She then put lotion on my legs not really massaging at that point I asked for the person in charge. He said I'm here to make sure it's right sorry well I would think he would look to see her non work.... nope the phone rang and he left. I then said to the woman I'm done. I got up out the chair paid 23 dollars for someone to cut my toe nails and put lotion on ..... next time I'll do it myself uggh waste of my time. read more

The ladies that work at this establishment are amazing, but the manager owner whoever he is, is the rudest person in there. He was rude to my daughter when he was painting her nails mind you she is only 3 years old and doesn't need a grown ass man to be irritated with a child.And if you are not one of his regular costumers don't expect him to pay you any mind. The organic deluxe pedicure was good. I got ombré sns nails and I thought they came out just okay. I don't really know how much anything specifically costed but I spent $140. It was a typical experience in a professional nail salon, the nails techs are pushy at up-selling the services and everything cost extra depending on the day and mood of the people in the salon, and then there's the waiting around (you won't be alone, all the clients are doing it). I spent 4 hours here (with an appointment made in advance) and I was offered water eventually. Then there's the "cash only" claim I have also heard at a couple other nail salons in the area. With technology these days I highly doubt credit/debit cannot be accepted. This also was not mentioned when the appointment was initially made and only at check out. The sign says there's no charge at their ATM, but it is $2.50 (because I bank with a no-fees bank). The place did seem clean. From reading other reviews, while it didn't seem anyone was rude to me, I did overhear the man who seemed to be in charge make arrogant comments to other women clients in the salon when they asked questions about pricing/services. Lol just no. Nasty. As soon as you walk in they ask if you want gel and I said no, the dude immediately copped an attitude n sat me down. Next the woman came to do my acrylics was just rude as well. When she asked if I wanted gel and I said no she rolled her eyes... they also charge for everything, for wanting reg. polish, wanting longer nails, for getting them coffin shaped..! Which I wouldn't mind paying IF it was worth it; which it isn't. OKAY; She started clipping my nails and I noticed there was a HUGE NAIL STUCK TO IT AND IT WASNT MINE. Next she was trying to file the nail and my hand was stuck(Arthritis) and she got annoyed trying to fix my fingers. Next thing I know she jabs the filer on my nail and said " that hurt?" No apologies, nothing. It honesty seemed like she did it on purpose bc my fingers weren't moving the way she wanted. This place went downhill after the new management but the male employees are usually very nice but the women here are terrible. Just rude n disgusting. Polish rubbed off next day read more
