I reached out to Cabinet Connection and spoke with Dan who was very kind and told me to bring the board in for him to take a look at. He immediately said he would see what he could do and just a few days later called me to let me know the board now had all the necessary holes. I was so relieved when I assembled the console and the board fit into place perfectly! Some were safety related like spontaneous fireballs when the oven fan would blow out the flame on either of the back burners while propane continued to spew out. So we could not sell it even as damaged in good conscience. When we tried to contact Ferguson to seek guidance in the very beginning they immediately ghosted us and did not return a single phone call or email. We later found out that Viking's alleged two-year warranty does not apply if you live in a rural area so that was that and we eventually just had it hauled to the dump. Ferguson could have helped us but chose not to. My recommendation is to choose anyone but them.

There's a whole entire wall of different choices and flavors for the Keurig. After Christmas they put all the starbucks seasonal flavors marked down to $4.69 a box- more than half off. Today I picked up some new flavors to try. I've bought cleaning supplies for my Bissell machine here, as well as kitchen gadgets and bath mats- all excellent prices. The salespeople have always treated me well and have been helpful and friendly. I've never had a negative experience here. The store is quite large here, so there's lots to see. My next project is to measure all my cabinets and fit them with the cabinet & spice shelf organizers. The prices are really competitive here.

I initially connected with Apex when a friend suggested I might try using Yelp to find a contractor. Christian, the owner, came to give me an estimate on removing some nasty carpet from a bathroom and replacing it with more appropriate bathroom flooring. I was trying to get this done quickly to better meet family medical needs, so I wasn't too fussy about what it looked like. I described what was needed and he used his experience to suggest what would work best for our situation and he sent me a few pictures of different flooring and edging to choose from. He bought materials the next morning, and had good communication on keeping me updated for his arrival time after the materials purchase. One thing I really appreciated is that he was able to plan the work around elderly family needs with the bathroom. Even though there were other bathrooms in the home, because it was the best bathroom for an elderly person to use at night, he kept it functional between the first and second days of work. Even though this wasn't necessarily the most "efficient" way of working he prioritized our needs. He also kept everything very tidy around the area where work was being done, and was able to keep the hallway outside of the bathroom accessible during the day while he was working. After the work was complete, Christian had me look it over, made sure everything was clean and every last bit of debris from the project was removed from the property, and later that evening sent me an invoice online. It was convenient to access and pay the invoice with a card via a secure payment platform. Christian was also very professional and respectful in all aspects of our communication and working in the house. I also appreciated that he's very clear and specific on what types of work he does and what he doesn't, and his connections to people who can help with other construction specialties. I would not hesitate to hire Apex for other jobs in the future!
