She was incredibly truthful and admitted to not being able to do what I originally wanted so I changed the look . After a couple minutes I changed it again for something more simple as to not take her out of her comfort zone . The first red flag was her just cutting and dehydrating the nail but not doing any cuticle work . For how expensive the place is you'd think they'd clean up the nail before starting . I had to ask to get my cuticles cleaned up . Cool she did them awesome . Stabbed me twice with the cuticle cutters and noticed she hasn't replaced any of the tools she was using from the girl she had just helped before me, this was worrisome because like I said she stabbed me with a tool that she could have been stabbing someone else with leading to infection. I let it go as she was very sweet and I figured maybe she's just a bit tired . She gets to gluing the nails down and they are completely messed up , one nails going to the right while the other is going to the left they just looked a whole mess . I had to ask her to please re do the placement as they looked terrible . We're moving forward alls good , until the drill she's using starts to burn my cuticles more than once ... Now we're putting the color on and everything is going good until an appointment of hers shows up and she starts rushing what she's doing . I'll place a reference picture underneath to show what I wanted and what I got . She did relay that it would not be identical as obviously she's doing someone else's look . The price and the final product just was no where near $95 dollars. The nails on have polish on them yet still look clumpy and the sides are uneven from the filing she did to the sides . My nail was left with a tremendous amount of nail polish around the cuticle because of the airbrush machine she used and the quickness she went to finish for her next guest . Instead of taking the time to clean around the nail she went in very quickly with a brush still leaving a tremendous amount of excess nail polish . I'm not confrontational so I would never ask for a discount or not pay the service I was given with a tip . This review is simply to inform others that if you are planning on doing GelX this may not be the best place for you . To me on my hands they unfortunately look like dollar store press on's that have started growing out . The nail's themselves are not horrendous just not worth the heavy price tag they charge you for them, $95 .I just got the nails done yesterday April 24 and as I left I realized they already looked like they had grown out. Just very dissatisfied with them overall .

A few weeks ago the owner messaged me asking me to take my review down and she would refund me. I followed that up questions like what has changed, how does she know how much the refund me etc. Then she stopped answering my questions and now my honest review was removed. Im sorry, but reviews mean nothing if you can just pay someone or remove them so it looks like your company does better work than it does!

My daughter waited while the lady finished up with a client before us, as she was running behind (not sure what happened, but not a big deal). The gentleman did great on my feet, took his time and fixed my ingrown toenail, gave me tips to help it as well. The lady came and did my daughter's and went by her request as she has sensitive feet and had two toe nails rip off at the skin(so extremely sensitive). The lady ended up using gel on her, just so I didn't have to wait as long(didn't charge for the gel). They were both very kind and easy to talk to. They are hitting their 23 year mark of doing nails. For the price and what we got, it was definitely worth the $30.

This is actually a 4 star establishment…read more.. But boosting it to 5 to bring the average rating up. First off, the staff is very friendly. At first I felt they were a bit pushy/aggressive, but they're cool. They just want to get you seated and ready for your service ASAP to get you on your way ASAP. And I'm cool with that! They do a good job cleaning up my mom's nails. Happy mom = happy fam lol They're not always perfect with shape or application, but they're always more than happy to fix whatever you're not happy with. I never understood people that don't say anything at the time of service but then complain with negative reviews. If something bothers you, ask your technician to fix it. The techs here are always trying their best to make their clients happy. Above all... You just really can't beat the pricing. (PM me if you know of a place in the area with better prices on gel nails. Ha!) Yes the gels they use aren't the best, but none of the ones used in most salons throughout the desert are high quality. So why pay more for gels that aren't that much better? I've been getting gel nails since 2005 and have been very picky with the quality of the gels used on my nails, but when I found out that I won't have access to the best gels, I decided to look for the best prices. And this is it. Ask for a stamp card if you don't have one!!! You get a discount after 4 services! Yaaaaaas.
