She took her time, paid great attention to detail, and the result turned out amazing. I asked for a U-shaped cut with long layers and long curtain bangs with face framing, and she did it perfectly! It was a group effort and they each played their part in calming my son to the point where he was comfortable. After a few mins of playing with him and entertaining him with a toy and lollipop, my son began to trust them. Susan did a wonderful job cutting his hair perfectly while I was carrying my son.
