So when I placed an order for $140 bouquet it charged me 6 times and I told her this the day prior. She said she didn't see my order on her system and that I didn't have a confirmation number. Well, the next day I came to pick up the flowers because we said we could solve in person. Instead of canceling the additional charges she said to pay for the one in the system and I just simply gave up and said no. Shop refused to reimburse or replace. No text or call to recipient to tell her the flowers were delivered. (EDIT: the delivery driver apparently did call to say there was a delivery. But apparently the call was so rushed they couldn't be bothered to say what exactly was being delivered. So my recipient assumed the delivery was for something else she had ordered and did not check around her house when she got home.
