First time client and I have to say, I believe I may have found a new spot to get my brows done. I came to yelp first because I was in dire need of getting my eyebrows done. My regular lady is on vacation and not returning for another week. After reading other's reviews, I felt I would be safe here and in good hands with Ms. Linda. I was so right!!! OMG she is the best. Did a consultation before she started. Did one brow first to show me and it was PERFECT. I had not had a perfect shape without additional fill-in in a long time. She finished my brows and chin and like I said, I think I have found a new spot!!! Although I was her last client, she was still very professional and took these two un-welcomed walk-ins. She was tired but still took the ladies any way. I used to go to a lady in San Carlos but her English was so poor and they hacked off my eyebrows despite me asking to leave them fuller. Linda Sucks! It is hit and miss with her either she does a good job or she doesn't. I constantly tell her i dont want my eyebrows too thin and yet again she made one too thin. She simply does not listen to the customer. I am very upset that i have one eyebrow noticeably thinner than the other. I will never go back again. read more

My daughter and I first came to Linda at Elegant Brows for threading and found out she does microblading at a very reasonable cost. I am 53 so my brows have become very sparse and thin. Linda did an amazing job... my brows look great she's excellent and a perfectionist. I had some scarring on my left brow but she patiently made it look perfect. Drove 25 minutes and was very skeptical since one of my eyebrows does not grow the way the other one does and I was scared that they would mess it up. Honestly I really think all of these reviews on this place are fake! I ran across this place about 1 yr ago, my sister and I started going here every month at first Linda seemed nice but a couple months later and seems like she's always in a bad mood! She gives the customers attitude and gets annoyed when she has a lot of people waiting. I understand it is a tiring field to be in and we have always been patiently waiting, she has even put other people ahead of us because we always get full face and others usually get just brows or lips. Then she started telling us she couldn't do full face so we tried making appointments and she told us they don't do appointments!! We stopped going there of course and found NS threading in national City, its more of a drive for us but a bit less expensive and LESS attitude! Linda seriously needs to change her attitude or their business is going to go down within a couple of yrs. My son's karate is right around the corner so today I decided to give it another try...terrible idea! I waited patiently for her to finish 2 people who were there first and then she walks outside talking with one of the for about 8 min while I'm waiting then comes in and says oh well idk if I can do full face because someone else JUST walked in! I told her if she didn't have time I could go somewhere else but I had already been waiting for 25 min. She ended up threading my face but the whole time was been aggressive and would push my face or head in different directions. I have gotten face threading for about 10 yrs now so I know how it's supposed to be done. This will def be the last time I come here! If I could I would rate her 0 stars!! read more

A friend told me about this place and I just moved next door so I had to try it. After my old eyebrow threader left me, I attempted to do my own brows for about 2 years. I damaged them permanently and now have areas where they don't grow. Linda was a miracle worker. My eyebrows are uneven and she made them look perfectly symmetrical. She did my mustache too and I could hardly even feel it. I will definitely be returning here. My eyebrows look absolutely amazing! At the mall, I always feel rushed out of the chair but, Linda took her time and there was actual artistry behind what she did. She took her time and made sure that the shape was going to work on my face as opposed to just doing whatever style she felt like and kicking me out if the chair to make room for the next person.
