The night that I purchased the items, the store was closing so I called the store as soon as I saw the rips to ensure that my long distance number would be on the store's call log when they opened the next day. Unfortunately they did not have an answering machine. I attempted to return the ripped dress the next day even though I'd detached the tags. I figured the number of items that I purchased, the amount of money that I had spent, the fact that I'd called as soon as I found out the dress was ripped, the fact that I was visiting from another state, and the fact that my daughter and I came back to purchase more items would have been enough to receive an exception to the return policy rule concerning detached tags. The manager, Pablo, was nasty, condescending, and kept a sh%t eating grin on his face when telling me that I could not receive an exchange. More importantly, I did not want a refund, but I wanted to exchange the rip dress for another dress. Although, I will never patronize this store again, I recommend that anyone purchasing items from this store to try on all items before purchase. Lastly, I would like to say that the cashiers that assist me the night that I purchased the items had great customer service etiquette. If only Fanny & Isaiah's manager, Pablo, had great customer service skills like they do, I'm sure the store would have a 5-star rating!

At the Salons by JC. Not to be confused with the Salons By JK which are just a big joke. They have all kinds of great salons located here at the Salons by JC building in Sugar Land, and a lot of the salons get to pay very low rent as part of this great scheme, and in some ways the salons make more money this way potentially, but it's also a smart money making scheme because it takes a little cut from every salon in a way, otherwise it really does give new upstart Salons a chance to operate at low cost, and for that reason it's a very good thing.
