This company also runs an online scam where they charge people for products they don't have and can't ship for weeks!

Mr Boro Appliance - LG electric dryer our company replaced heating element

Now I don't know about you but that kind of service is over the top and reminds me of how service used to be in the old days. Because of the quick response time, the kind and helpful staff and the professionalism, I extend a big kudos and a 5 star rating. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Boro for your next appliance repair!!!

My experience with Mr. Boro Appliance was unacceptable from start to finish, and I would strongly…read moreadvise others to avoid this company. I scheduled service for our trailer refrigerator and was very clear upfront that this was a warranty repair. I confirmed they worked with warranty companies before booking, and they assured me they did. They then showed up over an hour late to the appointment. After about 30 minutes of diagnosing, I was told the issue was the thermostat sensor and quoted $135 for the part. When I contacted the warranty company, they advised the same part from GE was approximately $50 and would only reimburse up to $60, making it clear the price I was quoted was significantly inflated. The technician became frustrated with the warranty process and even stated he didn't want to continue the job. I remained cooperative and reassured him he would be paid, even if I had to handle reimbursement myself. He then reduced the part cost to $80, and I provided a $100 deposit to order it. The part took longer than expected, and we scheduled a return appointment. On the day of the appointment, he was a complete no-show. I called, texted, and spoke with his wife, who said she would follow up, but I received no communication at all. The next morning, I had to call from a different number just to get them to answer. When I addressed the missed appointment, I was met with a dismissive attitude and told there was nothing he could do about it and that we just needed to reschedule. At that point, I had family arriving and needed this resolved, yet there was zero urgency or accountability on his end. I requested a refund of my $100 deposit so I could move on. He insisted on keeping a $59 trip charge, which I paid. Over a week later, I still have not received the remaining $41 refund. To make matters worse, I ordered the part myself, and my husband, who has the proper electrical knowledge and tools, confirmed the thermostat sensor was not the issue at all. This means I paid for an incorrect diagnosis, wasted money on an unnecessary part, and received no resolution. This experience was unprofessional, poorly communicated, and misleading. At best, it reflects incompetence. At worst, it feels intentionally dishonest. I would not trust this company in my home or with any repair.

Frazier Appliance & Repair Shop - Bosch heating element

Frazier Appliance & Repair Shop

Since it was out of a newer unit no one in TN. had it. Frazier offered to locate the part. An hour or so later he called me back. He had located the part and could have it the next day! Wednesday the 22nd Frazier delivered the part to my home. Christmas cooking was back on. Frazier said he could do it and he did! Awesome job.

Frazier's Appliance Repair of Murfreesboro, TN, was recommended to us by a couple in Walter Hill,…read moreTN. We had an issue with our refrigerator that has the freezer on the bottom. We knew that he did the work rather quickly. We asked, are you finished? He said yes. Well, Mr. Frazier lied. He didn't fix our refrigerator. Not only did he not fix it, he didn't even know what was wrong -- the root issue. We called Mr. Frazier to let him know the next morning we woke up with water all over our real wood floors. Our hardwood floors are damaged -- now to the point of mold. The floor is sinking under the fridg from the water damage. Mr. Frazier said he'd be back to fix it. We've never seen him again. He often visits one of the pawn shops on Broad Street. He saw us, twice, and didn't even realize that he swindled us. He has no integrity. He has no conscious. Do you know what the problem was? A little black plastic piece, called a bug stop. As appliances sit in a warehouse, the bug stop prevents bugs from getting in the new appliances. Most stores delivering new appliances don't know to remove it. Thus, it creates frozen ice backup, which creates a huge layer of ice on the bottom of the freezer, which then melts and seeps out onto the floor. We filed a BBB complaint. Mr. Frazier did not respond. We are know contacting the State of Tennessee to file a complaint with Frazier Appliance Repair of Murfreesboro, TN, with the licensure board. It is hope to not have to go to court to have have our floor replaced that was damaged. Treat people like you want to be treated.
