My family went in to purchase a dishwasher they had hardly any stock and wait times exceeded into the end of March early April. Even so we decided to get a KitchenAid dishwasher our rep price matched it to their website. Everything seemed to be going well and we were excited to get our dishwasher replaced. This Wednesday March 5th they came to install it now while the two guys where incredibly kind and helpful they did not know what they where doing and after going through the manual with them we where able to get the machine to start. That night we ran a load and it all seemed to work. Yesterday 3/6/25 we went to start the dishwasher and it would not start at all. Kept beeping and nothing we did changed this I've been calling/emailing and texting since yesterday and no one has responded. At this point I want them to just come and take the useless thing and refund me if it's not going to work and they won't do anything for it. read more

I spent over $3800 on 4 appliances at this store in Nov, 2023. The refrigerator, microwave, and range were installed with no problem. The dishwasher, however, was back ordered. The first guys that came to install it cut the 3rd prong off the electrical cord and asked if I had electrical tape. The next day there was no power to it. The second guys that came installed it sticking out two inches from the cabinets and scratched the cabinet. The third guys said they couldn't fix it and my salesman, John, said they would refund the $179.99 installation charge. As of today,March 2, 2024, that has not happened!! Really enjoy shopping at EE. I always forget they are there and end up shopping the box stores first, then remember EE is there and head on over. The sales people are 10x more helpful than the box stores. They KNOW the products! The last several appliances i've bought I got from EE due to #1. This place is a joke. Purchase your electronics online or ANYWHERE else. First, I agree with the other post, the salesmen use unethical sales tactics and pressure warranty and home instillation. Way too pushy, I told the salesman 5 times no! A reflection of upper management to pressure young unexperienced salesmen to push these unneeded addons. I was also told manufactures warranty wouldn't cover past 90 days, to my research this is not true.. Second, this is partially on me, and it might have been an honest mistake on the salesman part, nevertheless... I was going back and forth on a curved or flat TV ( same TV $100 difference) after deciding on the flat and discussing with the salesman my decision based on price and not needing the curved TV (because I was pairing with a swivel wall mount) he agreed that this was the right choice. My fault for not checking but this guy rolled out a curved TV and rang it up and I didn't notice it was curved until I pulled it out of the box at home...and didnt want to piece everything together in a broken box and reload to the car. Third and most frustrating, the $250 wall mount I purchased that said "fits curved TV" did not contain the proper hardware to fit the TV I had purchased. The final "F you" and will probably satisfy whoever pushed home instillation 5 times. Instead I had to take two trips to the hardware store to get the appropriate bolts to go in the back of the TV. Anyways if I would have know these guys sent me home with the wrong tv and the wrong wall mount before I unboxed I would have returned it all. Also I found a wall mount for $100 less. read more

Doug in appliances is a good man and excellent sales associate for EE. He is very knowledgeable about Speed Queen washers and dryers. He is not high pressure-- just presents the different options of the different models and gives you time and patience in letting you make up your mind. My mother purchased a washer and dryer just over a year ago and bought a 5 year warranty. She asked the sales man several times if it covered everything. She was reassured that it did. She now is having a problem with her washer and dryer leaking and is being told the warranty doesn't cover the repair. This garbage and dishonest! We will make sure to NEVER by an appliance from this place ever again! AND I DEFINITELY wouldn't recommend anyone else to! read more

My 4th purchase at the Murfreesboro store was the worst experience I have ever endured in my life. The top of the line Bosch dishwasher I bought November 30 was attempted to be installed by rude and indifferent techs. When they left the machine didn't work and they left my house filthy. It took a week before another tech team could come out and tell me that the unit had to be replaced. then I waited for a call and received none so I called the Manager, Jose who assured me that he would solve my problem and get a new dishwasher up and working. He actually talked me out of having them take it away and going to Home Depot. Jose, lied and is really an unprofessional manager who is on a mouthpiece. What he says he will do, and what he does will never match up. He asked me to detail an email to his General Manager so they could see what I had experienced so far. I didn't want to but did. He assured me that it would be read by the corporate offices. He lied as he never forwarded the email, or if her did no one in the company really cares about their customer issues. Finally a new team brought out a new dishwasher but they were unable to get the machine working. They didn't seem to have the expertise for this type of product. That was Monday, December 26. They told me that it required a Bosch tech to come out and set it up. They said I would hear from their office by Tuesday or Wednesday. LIARS. By Friday, December 30. one month after my purchase and still no running dishwasher I called my salesman John. I told him what had transpired and he told me that he didn't know about all of this and that he was embarrassed. He told me that he would contact the GM and get this sorted out. I told him I wanted the machine out and to pick it up by January 4. He said that he would try to rectify this and try to save one of his better customers from leaving E.E. Well today is Saturday 4 pm and I haven't heard a word from anyone. Jose, John are liars and their corporate officers run a very poor company. You would think today that businesses and the people who work in them and manage them would be looking to maintain their customer base rather than shunning them away. Electronic Express are you that successful that all you can do is sell, sell, sell and not provide good customer service. At some point the scales will tip and unsatisfied customers will out way your happy customers. read more

Poor experience from the beginning. Purchased a washer and dryer set (Frigidaire) with the installation. The first technicians arrived and were very uncompromising with how they were going to install them. They then led me to their truck to find the dryer was completely crushed from poor handling. Naturally had to reschedule. The second set of techs were reasonable but were clearly not willing to look over the whole system, asking me to clear out my dryer tubes. The dryer I found does not completely dry a small load on a normal sensor setting. Called electronic express and was immediately referred to Frigidaire even though it could potentially be an installation error. I stated it could be an installation error and was told, "they usually look over the stuff before they leave." Electronic express is clearly the middle man with no concern for the customer. Will absolutely not be purchasing anything here again. read more

The Murfreesboro location of Electronic Express is awesome! I purchase lots of various items from this store. My last visit I was honored to be helped by a young man named Abelen. My husband and I tend to joke with sales people when we shop - Abelen soon picked up on our personality and went forward with our jokes - very friendly young man. Very helpful filled us in on questions we asked with good knowledge of our products. We purchased a 75" Samsung TV and a stand. Also purchased the service plan - only because of Abelen. The gentlemen who delivered our TV and sat it up we great also - however, I fail to remember their names at this point. The installers was very helpful in explaining operation of the TV. And as usual the store manager Brant, was awesome. He always remembers me by my name, which either means he is very good at his job (and he is) or I purchase too much from Electronic Express. read more

I am wondering why my review of this location is in the not recommended section, so I will review them again. I spoke the truth about the way these guys tried to use unethical sales pitches to get me to basically pay for my warranty. I was buying a high-end TV and they asked me if I wanted to buy an extended warranty to which I said no. The salesman told me that the manufactures warranty would be prorated after the first 90 days. Oddly, the cost of the prorated amount was about the same as the cost of the extended warranty. I left and called the location in Franklin to see if that was the company's"standard practice". Stephen, the assistant manager there told me that this wasn't the company's policy and the warranty was for 1 year. The next day, I drove an additional 30 miles to the Franklin store and bought my TV there. I gave the guys at the Murfreesboro store multiple chances to back off their position. That they misspoke or just confused. They doubled down and tried to tell me that I need to look at it like paying for insurance. I know the difference between a manufacturer's responsibility and buying protection for myself. read more

I wish I could give it 0 stars!! My husband and I dropped $4300 in this store 2 weeks ago and scheduled all of our appliances/washer & dryer to be delivered 2 weeks later. They called the DAY BEFORE the scheduled delivery date to tell us that range was on backorder and our washer & dryer had been discontinued.... I repeat, THE DAY BEFORE DELIVERY! Of course, my husband wasn't having it and asked to speak with the manager (Tyre). He informed us he was going to make some calls, which he did, and called to ensure us that he had located everything for delivery the next day. My husband specifically stated he didn't want a floor model on anything, we paid for brand new. Low and behold, everything shows up the next day and the washing machine was right off the show room floor! The delivery guy stated 'y'all know this is a floor model, right?" Seeing stars at this point...we called Mr. Tyre he ensured us that he would find our washing machine brand new and didn't know anything about the floor model. The delivery guys just shook their heads and said "we just left there, he was there." I can't stand a liar!! When you are doing business with someone and spending that type of money, don't try to give them the shaft!! give us what we paid for! So, today Tyre calls and says he has a discount rate for my floor model dryer...WTF....it's the washer, not the dryer! What happened to my BRAND NEW washer you said 2 days ago you were going to get? Bottom line, they may have better prices than Home Depot or Lowes, but run, run like hell! No one should have to deal with this kind of customer service! read more
