I have a Jeep and after 9 years, the windshield developed a crack. I went to LG and they quickly replaced it. A week later, and a rock on the interstate left a star shaped crack. I was thinking it was my bad luck, but then it happened two more times. A month after getting the windshield, a huge crack started down the center. I called LG and was told that Jeep's are just hard on windshields, which I imagine is true, but then she told me that this happens all the time and some people have said that another, tougher, brand of glass works better. I ran a ballpoint pen down the crack, as instructed, and noticed no indication that the crack was caused by a strike. This would mean it would be covered under warranty. LG sent out an installer who said it was caused by a strike, even though there was no proof by their own standard. They offered to replace it again for a slightly lower cost. I told them I couldn't afford to have a new windshield installed EVERY month for $300. This is the nicest shop I'll never use again. In short, my windshield last for NINE YEARS and then was replaced by Lawrence Glass and lasted ONE MONTH. Very disappointing.

Lauren and Jason are the two that helped me most of the time, but all of the staff was friendly. I went in with very little idea of what I wanted, but with what I did know, they put everything together for me and worked with me until I found exactly what I wanted. My tires came in three days later, and I was told they could get me in right away to put them on. The estimated time, which was exactly what it took, was 2.5 hours. The price was fair, the job was done quickly, and they even changed the oil for me upon request. These guys really do it all.
