COVID shutdowns had already begun and we didn't leave our house much for 2+ months. Went to return the UNUSED parts and the core parts in mid-May, and all my returns were declined because it fell outside the 90-day return policy.... in the middle of pandemic. :( I pleaded my case and was told to take it up with a manager (who wasn't present). I have much more major purchases from other companies that have been more than gracious during the pandemic, even non-refundable airline tickets can be rescheduled. The staff person literally shamed me for not taking care of this return in under 90 days. Even if I can sell the parts at a discount on Facebook, I'm still likely going to lose nearly $200. They have officially lost my business.

I called to ask if I could come in and have them help me install it and they said yes that's something they do. I went the next day with the screws I had purchased and my receipt. During our communications, Mr. Potts represented that the truck was in great condition, had a "super nice interior," and that despite prior accidents, "you couldn't even tell" the vehicle had been involved in four minor-to-moderate accidents. The online listing also advertised the vehicle as a "non-smoker vehicle." Based on these representations, I paid a $500 deposit to secure the truck while paperwork was being completed. During the process, I became uncomfortable with requests to send additional funds without signed paperwork or clear shipping arrangements, so I decided to personally inspect the truck before completing the purchase. I traveled from Columbus, Ohio to Nashville, Tennessee to inspect the vehicle in person. Upon arrival, I immediately discovered a strong cigarette smoke odor throughout the truck, significant dents and scratches on the right side of the vehicle, and a large gash in the sidewall of one tire. These defects were not disclosed prior to my trip and directly contradicted the representations made to me. After confronting the dealership about these issues, I was initially told my deposit would be refunded if I chose not to purchase the truck. However, after declining to proceed with the purchase due to the undisclosed defects and lack of trust in the dealership, the dealership refused to return my $500 deposit. This place is shady and I would never recommend buying a car from them unless you're a mechanic.
