The screen was fine before the track pad repair, and I didn't drop or mishandle the computer after I left the shop. It went right into my padded backpack. When I returned and showed them the problem. they showed me very fuzzy security camera footage to dispute my claim the crack happened at the shop. I came in with one problem, and I left with a bigger problem. The only plausible explanation is they cracked my screen during the repair to the trackpad. Never again would I trust them.
