Having been referred to Electron Computer Solutions by a host of neighbors all of whom applauded the work that had been done on their behalf by Ron, I had a high expectation that was exceeded once I met him and received his services. He is a person with a deep technology background and a clear and comparatively rare commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction in the work that he performs. Having brought him my 2009 MacBook Pro due to severe performance issues, he provided me with a timely and free diagnosis of the work he saw needing to be performed and a firm estimate of the cost of that work. Ron replaced my rapidly failing original, mechanical hard drive with a solid-state hard drive and doubled the RAM of my MAC for a cost including parts and labor of $322.50. As a courtesy, he also came to my home to resolve a separate connectivity issue with my printer. My MAC now runs significantly faster and operates substantially better than when I purchased it new in September, 2009. In addition, the interface of my MAC with my printer is now seamless. After getting the computer home and inspecting it, it was never cleaned. No sorry, no nothing. Just an "oh well you didn't write it down". 10 years of my business data GONE.
