We called Dave at 11PM and he arrived at our house in less than 30 minutes on a cold, rainy evening. Dave was super thorough considering our problem, looked inside our house, crawled under our house, and examined our well. He explained everything he was doing and what he found. Eventually, he uncovered our problem and gave us a great recommendation for next steps. He was apologetic that he was unable to finish the job - we were thrilled to know the problem and to have solutions at hand. Dave's service was prompt, competent, and a super reasonable service charge late at night. Did I mention it was cold and rainy and probably a 45 minute round trip drive for him?
