They were both professional, helpful and had great insight into the situation unlike the first technician from another company that had come out first. Plus the other company technician said that I needed some things that I didn't and tried to pressure me with his sales tactics. Stephano was super nice and explained that I didn't need those things and the issue was something else which saved me money which I really appreciated. When you call around for quotes, be sure to keep it in mind that these guys will do much more for you in the customer service department than merely just landing your business and doing the work, or any shoddy work at that. I myself had the unfortunate experience of dealing with more than a dozen terrible contractors over the course of 2 months. These guys were the ONLY ones I would highly recommend. On a referral, I met with Tim in sales- great guy & a straight shooter. He came in with a comparable number to the other quotes. I gave it a couple days, but in the end it seemed like, and was, the right choice to go with them. Within a week or so, they diligently got the ball rolling- ordered materials, booked the crew, looked into rebates for me, etc. Tim did a great job of keeping up and gauging my level of satisfaction throughout the entire process. Installation was smooth and the crew was very personable/ easy to talk with. Very professional job. The biggest hiccup I had was not qualifying for energy efficient rebates after signing on, these guys took care of me and discounted me down to the expected number I would've had with the rebate.
