When I called, it turns out he refused to give me an invoice because he thinks I am going to commit fraud all because I asked him the day that he was here if he is licensed bonded and insured which is a normal question to ask of a contractor. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then.
