I reached this company through my home warranty and I gotta tell you, Camilo is the best electrician I've ever had show up at my home. He came early-on time, and he did a thorough inspection, he was was happy to explain the technical aspects of his work, and he was incredible polite and kind! I had a kind of knotty problem - a GFCI that indicated a fault (not a defective GFCI - replaced it with two new ones), but there was nothing wrong with any of the rest if the circuit. I made a claim Friday evening through the First American Home Warranty web site. I was surprised to get a call Sunday afternoon, setting up an appointment for 11 am - 3 pm Monday. The two electricians arrived about 2 pm and had the problem fully resolved within 15 minutes. They were personable and really seemed to appreciate me as the customer. I'd definitely recommend Electrical Service Professionals. read more

We had an issue with 4 outdoor outlets and a doorbell. Our home warranty was contacted and we were assigned Electrical Service Professionals. The technicians that came out to our home in May were only at our home maybe 15 minutes and made it seem as if it was a easy fix that we could have done. Well today we went to use the outlets and once again they do not work. As far as, the doorbell the automatically told me it was a Ring Doorbell issue without taking a look at the doorbell. We have contacted our home warranty provider and we have to pay another $85.00 service fee for a company to come out. I requested that they do not send anyone from Electrical Service Professionals. We're not looking for a quick fix we wanted the issue resolved. read more

Had a great experience with this team! HSA Warranty assigned them to me when my bathroom vent fan went out. They arrived early within their window, were very polite and professional, and had the motor fixed in about 15 minutes! I also appreciated that they arrived wearing masks. I had an issue with the electrical in my master bedroom. The outlets were not working and I had no idea on how to fix it. I called ESP and they scheduled my appointment promptly. Electrical Service Professionals are really professional and I recommend them to anyone needing a good electrician that won't jerk you around. One of the technicians called about 30 minutes prior to their arrival... They were incredibly prompt and EXTREMELY courteous. They were even thoughtful enough to wear booties in the house while working... We had specific concerns and they took the time to explain what was causing the issues and resolved the problems swiftly. I know that it is daunting and scary when it comes to selecting a trustworthy electrician - especially since most of us haven't the foggiest idea as to what the heck is going on with our electrical systems... That being said - I hope that this review prompts you to reach out to Electrical Service Professionals when you need a quality service provider. They won't disappoint! read more

This company is horrible. I was given them thru my home warranty. My doorbell broke - which was covered on my warranty. These two techicians came out and could not fix it so they ordered a new one. They installed the new one and I paid them $75 for a service call. 3 months later the doorbell does not work. They only warrant their work for 60 days! DO NOT USE THEM! Then on another issue, I had a switch for my ceiling fan and light on my porch. It was broken and covered under my warranty. They came out and could not fix this either. Don't waste your time or your money with them. Get a REAL electrician for your problems. If they can't even fix a doorbell and a light switch I shudder to think what they do for any other electrical problems you may have. VERY SCARY!!!!!!! read more

I had these guys come out with my warranty company. They walked around my house checking things that weren't part of the problem, told me "oh no, we don't go into attics" and sent the resolution to my warranty company that the problem was due to "nails driven into walls hanging a mirror or pictures." The only problem is that I don't have 1 picture on any of the walls in the house. The warranty company agreed that this is the reason for the denial of service, so here I sit in the dark. Check has been cashed from them and the warranty company and I still have no resolution. Thanks for taking my money, I hope others read this before they hire them. read more

After a new hot water heater was installed, it still didn't work and Devyn, the plumber stated that he would contact the warranty company for a electrician to come out and assess and repair. I was out of hot water for about a week, and not happy. ESP came, and was understanding giving me immediate access to hot water. They did have to order a part to make the final repair, but they did that and in a week all was repaired, quickly and satisfactorily. I appreciate all of their help. This company was assigned to me through my home warranty to fix an issue with my garbage disposal. Our technician, David, arrived early with another gentleman. They were so FAST! They were in and out of my home in less than 10 minutes and fixed the issue. Much appreciated!! read more

Better providers to choose from! My home warranty sent them to repair a ceiling light in my dining room. They got it to work until they left but would not come back without a $100 charge. They said my warranty didn't cover fixture repair. If that was true, they should not have come in the first place! AHS is investigating but I hired another electrician and he fixed the light. The whole time working around painters and flooring contractors. Extreme flexible. My family moved to Atlanta recently and our second encounter with a honest contractor was Anthony, through a referral. Anthony. We had other licensed quotes that were apparently extremely inflated and they gave basic knowledge on way they would need to do work. Admittedly non tried to up sell but the difference came when I met Anthony. His approach was professional. He focused on the job and educating us thoroughly on what we asked. He gave information that armed us for a future state. He gave opinions when asked and was very sensitive to how he answered with honesty. He and his team were quiet while working and fun after they were done. They gave much respect to every member of my family. They proved out everything they where doing and set our expectations for what to expect, like there will be additional holes in the walls. An interesting encounter with Anthony was when we asked for referrals to help paint or patch holes; he answered that he answered that he only had individuals assist him that he appeared to trust explicitly. He mentioned that he holds himself professionally and morally accountable for every employee and referral and Jeremiah was just that. Anthony is my first call and someone I have to mention when I tell my Georgia relocation story.

I had reported several light fixture problems to our American Home Shield (AHS - insurance) service, and they assigned Electrical Service Pros to come check/fix. They phoned very quickly to set an appointment, and came out right on time. Phoned again when they were on the way. Very courteous and very much appreciated. They replaced the non-functioning switches. Changed out some other parts in the basement fluorescent units and got them working again. Told me exactly what any extra parts and charges would be. One light could not be repaired, so they sourced a replaced fixture, called back with estimate, then returned today to finish the job. Really polite, professional and nice. Father/son team. Good with my dogs too (one of which can be intimidating). If I need any electrical work in the future - these guys will be the first ones I call. read more

My home warranty program sent these guys over to check out a tripped circuit on 5-8-13. We had previously had a leak in our house and were concerned about the mix of water and electricity. David and his coworker were very professional, friendly, and respectful. They wore covers over their boots in my home without being asked. They fixed the problem and looked to make sure there were no other lingering issues. They were not bothered with my cats (the dogs were crated as a courtesy- they were fine with them as well). I wish every experience with a contractor was this pleasant and easy. I would definitely hire these guys for bigger jobs if I had the work to offer them. We haven't had any electrical issues since they've left, but if we can, we will be hiring this crew again. You can rest easy if you've selected this company. read more

I am an AHS member and they sent Electrical Service Professionals to my house for service. I read great reviews about them so I was comfortable with the company that AHS chose to send out. When the technician (Chris) got here, he was very courteous. I showed him the rooms where I was having electrical issues. He got it done quickly and efficiently. Chris was very professional and I like that they have automated their invoicing process. He carries an ipad and he already had all of my information to email me an invoice. He didnt need to get my info. He already had it. I signed the Ipad and I was done. The invoice was in my inbox in a matter of seconds. Honest, Good Folks for the Common Man Family of 5 that got told basically by ANOTHER COMPANY that our house was a match stick away from burning down (15k worth of repairs just to be safe, min.!) Called these guys through my Home Warrenty and guess what? No such thing! NOT EVEN CLOSE! These guys saved me from getting ripped off and even gave tips for a simple DIY. Glen and Cameron came during the appointment time frame I was given. They called ahead, as I had requested.
