Arista Plumbing sent a plumber on request due to drainage issues I was having at my house. Jay, was…read morethe coordinator and the person I discussed money and scheduling with. They said we had an issue with the lines from the septic or it could be full, and while inspecting the drain lines in the crawlspace, they found a leak in a fitting in a water line. Jay requested I give money for materials, $500, to the worker and I did. After saying he completed the work, I asked to inspect the work and he did not fix the leaking line and had water all over the ground from a leaking section of the drain line he replaced. He clamped the drain sleeve(?) and fixed the water line. I gave him another $500 after he completed the work but on the stipulation that they would be back to drain the water from the crawlspace. After he left, the water line came apart where he had attempted to fix it. I called Jay, after turning off the water, and he said he would have him come back. He never came back, and I asked Jay for insurance and his license. He told me he would send it but never did. The following day, he told me he would have someone out that day, but no one came. He eventually stopped texting me, and sent that same worker the next day after I hired someone else to fix the water line, and fix the drainage issue. He has made no further attempts to remedy the situation.
