In 2020, we chose Everlast Construction to remodel two full baths and update our plumbing to copper. WORST. DECISION. EVER. Run far away, as quickly as you can and DO NOT fall for whatever charming GC they send your way. They come in middle ground with quote and when the job starts, they DO NOT USE licensed contractors. They do not honor 1 year warranties when the poor workmanship shows it's ugly head within a few months. They have multiple law suit against them. Headache after headache and you will end up hiring other contractors to clean up their crappy work, and spending twice what you initially budgeted. Do I have to give one star??? After living in an older house for a few years, my family and I finally decided to remodel our kitchen. Our house was built in the 1970's, and my family wanted to upgrade our kitchen to include a granite island. Everlast Construction was extremely helpful, and they were able to fulfill our needs to getting a better kitchen layout, which suited our bigger, growing family. We were able to find a unique piece of marble that became our island that was also a barstool area as well. With the consultation of Everlast Construction, we decided upgrade our cabinets to go from oak wood to a darker stain, that fitted the overall aesthetics of the kitchen. Will never go back, even if someone gives me money to hire them. They dint let us know that laundry will be plugged out for our renovation. We selected Everlast Construction to redo our patio.  The original flooring was old rotted wood and we wanted to replace it with sturdier stamped concrete flooring.  We worked with Elior as our project manager which was a pleasant experience.  Elior came out for a walk through and explained the various steps or the process and provided a reasonable quote and contract that matched the details of his walkthrough.  He also worked with us to provide all the needed paperwork to get the approval process going with our HOA and promptly made clarifications in our scope of work which resulted in a final approval.  Everlast's work crew were professional and were quick and efficient throughout the process.  We did have one minor glitch when Everlast had some scheduling issues with the cement equipment.  They did not appear on a day work was scheduled, but after reaching out to Elior, we were able to quickly reschedule and they were able to finish the work quickly once the equipment became available.  The final product is excellent and exactly what we wanted.  Overall, Everlast was committed to delivering exactly what they promised at the start of the project and made sure that we were satisfied each step of the way. read more

Everlast Construction did a fantastic job remodeling and fixing up my kitchen this past summer! They were very professional and provided a quote after initially inspecting the kitchen. They are also very knowledgeable about construction and will explain everything that needs to be fixed in detail. There were lots of cracked tiles and other random tidbits in addition to the remodel that they took into account. They went above and beyond in their attention to detail! I had some water damage as well and that was taken care of. The pricing was very fair and I am very impressed by the quality of work and care. I would definitely recommend them! I am so ecstatic about the work that Ariel and Everlast Construction did for my parents' master bathroom remodel. We wanted to modernize the bathroom that was constructed about 15 years ago, and really wanted to find someone who could deliver us a sleek design at a decent price. I have another house up in San Jose in need of a flip & this company's portfolio and pictures seemed fitting to what I was looking for so I gave them a call and sent them some reference pictures. I hired Everlast Construction to do a kitchen remodel based on the yelp reviews. Randomly picking a contractor can be a huge gamble, and the standard 50% down can go down the drain if you get an unethical one. Ariel worked with us to switch out a huge kitchen with 4 x 4 cheap white tile countertops and backsplash. We went with Cambria Quartz countertops, and metallic glass backsplash. In addition to this, we had new modern tile and backsplash put in our guest bathroom. The price was definitely fair, the work turned out great, and it was all on budget. What I liked about this process is that Ariel is not your typical middle man who quotes a job, subs everything out, and then collects the checks. He's part of the entire process, doing much work himself, and when portions of the job are subbed out, he's there to monitor quality and guide them. Daily cleanup is taken seriously by him, and he constantly communicates whats going on, wanting to make sure we are okay with it. I needed a local company to do a major remodel and had scheduled several in-person appointments with local contractors to discuss my remodeling project and to get an estimate. Everlast Construction (Marco) showed up and never took one note, not one measurement and just gave a verbal quote on the spot after asking what my budget for the remodel was. Being in Sales myself, I recognized the tactic of determining the budget and then pegging a price to the budget or slightly above the budget and selling the value. My wife and I were really put off at the approach especially when 4 other companies came and made us comfortable with their companies showing us their licenses, portfolio of similar projects, took measurements and subsequently provided detailed estimates. Then, 2-3 weeks later I get a text saying that they had been trying to get ahold of me for sometime. If that really were the case, I would have received a call and voicemail if that were the case. I cannot comment on the other representatives from Everlast Construction but Marco's sales tactics and lack of taking one note nor measurement and then instantly providing a price did not demonstrate any interest on their part. Needless to say, the experience was poor and I hired a company that did take several notes, measurements, showed their portfolio of projects, showed proof of their license and being bonded. My bathroom was looking real ugly and decided to come to this place for a remodel. It seemed like a good start. The people that I worked with were very cooperative with my envision for the bathroom. The old and retro-ish bathroom that I had was completely transformed with a pleasant modern aesthetic. There was a huge improvement to the shower. My bathtub shower was transformed into a normal shower with nice marble walls , glass sliding door, and there was a lot more space to move around! I am definitely proud to go shower in this new bathroom. Although it was still functionally the same (cause its just a sink with mirrors/cabinets), the sink looks a lot nicer. The sink was changed visually with a new faucet, bowl, marble countertop, new mirrors, and a modern horizontal light was placed above the mirror. The floors also changed to a nice grey wood which was better than the previous white floor that I had. The only thing that didn't really changed much was the toilet but what can you expect. read more

I called them and they were very quick with their phone call, and their nearest appointment was only 2 days away. I was very excited when they got here, and they seemed very professional, wearing masks (WHICH I LOVE!), and also wearing the proper attire. The final product was absolutely beautiful and very modern, and it looked exactly the way that I wanted it to look. Although I didn't really vibe with the color of the walls, my Husband definitely did. Even though the walls aren't in my expectations, it was okay because everybody else in my house liked it. There were marble tiles where there used to be wooden, and they even gave me sofa-bed recommendations. I am also a huge Catholic, and I love having shrines of Jesus Christ around my house.
