The selection is already minimal compared to big stores not too far away and I can't tell you how many times I needed something on Sunday or before 9am and had to go to a bigger store because the Farm store is closed! It's also frustrating that the hours when you look up online are different than the actual hours!

It was wonderful to be able to call Big Trees and set a time to see their trees. Daniel took us around and also helped us as we considered several types of trees. We determined that a Somerset Red Maple would be large enough and that it would be relatively easy on yard maintenance. The tour helped us decide that we really needed a tall (30' feet) to enjoy in the next few years. Big Trees was excellent at setting up a date and delivering the tree. It was amazing just to watch the equipment as they dug the hole and planted the tree (see pictures). Now we just need to follow their directions. Felix and the staff planting the tree were easy to work with. They helpled take down and reinstall part of our fence and they cleaned upt he site very well.

It's small, and there's no rhyme or reason to the layout of plants here.  So the roses crawl through the bamboo, and the begonias rest under a red-leafed maple.  They're not going to have everything, so don't expect to find that very geranium you're looking for.  Instead, you get lost in the beautiful plants and are surprised around every corner.  And you keep wandering. It reminds me very much of the beloved Flicks & Picks that we all loved and used to love across the street.
