She told me it was $15, and when I stood there, she then said they were too busy today. What really bothered me was that she didn't offer another day or time or even try to help me. The entire interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. I left feeling like I was being treated differently than their "typical" clients. I understand that a business can be busy, but there is a respectful way to communicate that to a customer. Based on my experience, I did not feel welcomed or treated with basic courtesy.
