Every bowl seems to have its own personality, sauces, and little twist. We started with the pan-seared pork gyoza and ate them before remembering we were supposed to take a picture. Served with chili oil, they had just enough kick for this girl who does NOT do spicy. They were so good we ordered another batch to take home. And yes, they were still delicious later! I ordered the Double Soup and OMG... this thing was hearty! I never did find my braised egg, so either it was hiding really well or it never made the trip. With everything else packed into that bowl, I hardly missed it. My husband ordered the Wonton Noodle Bowl, and those rich, creamy wontons were delicious. Keep licking your lips! Josh was attentive, everything coming out of the kitchen looked and smelled amazing, and we already know we need another visit just to work our way through the menu.
