I'm here for a week and this is my second amazing lunch here (and I highly recommend their Build…read moreYo Poke restaurant, too). You literally can make limitless combos to have your salad exactly as you want. All dressings are made in-house, which is pretty impressive. You can order a rice bowl with ingredients, too. The portions are beyond generous (a small salad would be considered large elsewhere) and the array of ingredients and toppings is exceptional. On my first visit, I ordered a small spinach salad with grilled salmon. As toppings, I added chopped red onion, shredded carrot, pineapple, mandarin oranges, blueberries, chopped strawberries, chopped beet, blue cheese, sliced avocado, dried cranberries with their in house made raspberry vinaigrette. It was literally one of the most delicious salads I've ever had. I was so stuffed from the generous portion that I didn't need dinner. On my second visit, I got a veggie wrap with grilled chicken, chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, shredded carrot, blue cheese, sliced avocado. I got the in-house buttermilk ranch dressing on the side (and ended up not using it-sandwich was amazing without it). I was asked if I wanted chicken warmed (I didn't) and I was amazed at the skill of the preparer who was able to tightly wrap the ginormous quantity of ingredients into the wrap and halve it. I only ate half my sandwich so I have lunch for tomorrow. Win-win. The black cherry tarragon soda was so good as was the Italian lemon soda. Their soups sounded great as did their desserts. The staff was so friendly and helpful. (Don't forget to tip!) The tvs on the walls show cool food art being made. I'd come here and their Poke place at least twice a week for lunch if I lived locally. Prices are extremely reasonable for quality and quality of food.

It's promoted as the energy builder. I had the Raspberry vinaigrette to top it and it was like the icing on the cake! One container of it is enough. I really wanted to like my "plate" after I was done but I have home training. No reason to act like that over a salad right? Man, please...It was good! There are p salads to choose from or you can just build your own salad. She has rebottled water to provide you with some alkaline H20...just everything healthy and she's very knowledgeable in her craft. I'm looking forward to my next salad. For the price, health benefits, and taste...why not?

We ordered a couple of their specialty salads and were not disappointed. They were packaged to go but we ended up dining in. See photo for cute to-go pic. There was a complimentary water station with 2 offerings: a cucumber water and a ginger infused water. I never had ginger water before and i really liked it! My Bouncing Blueberry salad tasted as fresh as i expected, it was chock full of ingredients and very filling. I highly recommend this veteran-owned business and supporting their mission of spreading preventative health education thru food.

This is a bustling spot with something for everyone. They've got some specialty grocery items, a bar, tons of gifts and locally made goods, and most importantly for me, a sandwich counter that is functioning at a high level and putting together some really good sandwiches that everyone needs to try. The menu is expansive and has something for everyone, from French Dips to Cubans and all points in between. I ordered "The Oscar" which had a huge stack of Italian meats on it and was enough for 2 meals. I strongly recommend checking their bread options as well. I upgraded to their foccacia and it was amazing. This sandwich could compete with the best I've ever had anywhere. If you're in this area don't second guess it for a minute. Stop into this place and check out what they have to offer. Great food in a nice environment with friendly people and good prices. Can't ask for more than that. 5 stars.

Upon entering, one is transported into the absolute neatest little shop of concoctions, whether it be sweets or sauces, jams or jellies, not to mention the deli section with cured meats, amongst other proprietary offerings. The bar and dining areas were a buzz with patrons, enjoying their entrees and beverages. Ordering to go is a fairly straightforward process. You simply walk to the rear of the restaurant and place your order. Although the orders are filled rather quickly one still has time to peruse all of the aforementioned goodies. Did I partake? With zero guilt yes I did, happily :) On this occasion, I opted for the Hefty Heffer and Idgie sands, along with a couple of salads. Between my partner and I, we fully agree that each sandwich stands alone QUITE WELL: The Hefty, with its caramelized onion-forward flavor complimenting the brisket {Excellent} and the Idgie with those perfectly tart fried-green tomatoes. {Perfection}! The salads and Mango Habañero spread were, candidly, gluttunous purchases even though we would dine on them the next day. We have yet to try the fruit spread, though it will be a delightful accent to the charcuterie trays, we are serving. At the end of the day, TBD never disappoints and we are glad to have found her :) BON APPÉTIT
