The Point Grill and La Coolmena food truck (loade fries w/ground beef)…read moreLong Island Cocktail (TB = The Bar) was cool & quaint for a strong cocktail to enjoy. Weekends live DJ is offered to enjoy just wish I felt safe enough to walk from my hotel to here but, sadly I was too scared due to the small lizards that run across the side walks. Along with the 2 alligators and snakes which are alert to be in the back of the hotel I stayed in while in town. I recommend checking online to see if you can see a list of food trucks offered as it was isles and isles of trucks. Maybe this will help you know & select which food truck to go to as there are a huge amount of to choose from. Patronize at least 2-3 so, you can explore your taste buds and the awesome food and service offered.

World Food Trucks was kinda like going to a mini food truck fair. It's a little gimmicky, but…read morehonestly, it 's still fun to check out. I started w/ a lemonade from Pretzland. I was a little bummed about this 1 b/c the guy told me it was made w/ 100% juice, but it def didn't taste like fresh-squeezed juice. I watched him just squeeze some lemon into it, so I knew something wasn't adding up. The deal was 2 juices for $13.99, which isn't terrible, but I expected what I was told I was getting. It was a cute drink though topped w/ gummies worms & Nerds cluster candy. Then came the WINNER:the food from Yukaza Sushi Truck! I got the sushi burrito made my way w/ all the fixits & the pop-up California roll sushi, and OMG... that sushi burrito was HUGE! Both were sooooo good & super fresh! I was beyond happy w/ my choice & felt like it was well worth it! I think it's worth going @ least once just to walk around, check out the different trucks,& see what catches your eye. I'll be back though b/c I'm a sucka for food!

I love it here! Okay, so the customer service here is truly amazing. They remember you after the…read moresecond time going, and this speaks volumes to me. Anywho, since this is a bit of a drive from my house, I call ahead to order and by the time I get there it's ready. No waiting, no mixed up orders, always greeted properly...yeah this truck is great. I usually get a yaroa of maduros and chicken, and I have had it with fries instead of the maduros...both are great! The chimi de res is definitely a great option as well! The fritura is soooo good. The customer service is so great that I remember ordering a tamarind juice and the guy told me he recommends the chinola juice instead because the tamarind didnt taste so good by then. I appreciated his honest opinion. If you ask them for their best sellers, they can give good recommendations too, based off of what you are in the mood to eat. As I stated earlier, it's a little drive but I prefer going here than anywhere else to find fritura, chimi or yaroa if it's what I am craving. I saw some other reviews referencing delivery but there is something everyone should know, anything from a truck wont taste the same as it would if it were made FRESH. Fried food in general is this way. I definitely recommend this location for any late night cravings. Drive there though, do not order for delivery. The quality wont be the same, that is a guarantee.

Tucked away on Consulate Drive, this food truck is a little hard to find but absolutely worth it!…read morePatikas Carne En Vara is serving up more than just food; it's an experience. The outdoor seating, paired with lively country Spanish music, creates a relaxed, inviting vibe perfect for sharing good times and even better meals. We were a group of 10, and let me just say--Patikas delivered! The Pernil (slow-roasted pork shoulder) was the star of the show: tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Every bite was pure magic. I also ordered a plate of beef, tostones, and fried yuca--and wow. The beef was perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with rich flavor. The tostones and yuca? Fried to crispy perfection without being greasy. For my son, I got tequeños and arepitas, which were a huge hit--especially when paired with their addictive green sauce. Seriously, that sauce is liquid gold. To drink, I tried panela water for the first time. Sweet, refreshing, and just the right amount of sugary goodness. I'm already craving another cup. And for dessert--chef's kiss. The tres leches was heavenly, moist, and so good I could've eaten an entire tray. Patikas Carne En Vara isn't just a food truck; it's a culinary destination. Between the friendly vibe, killer food, and those desserts, I'm already planning my next visit. Pro tip: Bring friends, come hungry, and save room for dessert!
