Everything about it was so delicious from the juicy mojo pork, soft bread, caramelized onions, and yummy mojo aioli. I just had to try the yucca fries and they did not disappoint! Tried this food truck while working at the Southern Hills Farms and they didn't disappoint. I tried the croquetas and queso frito. Some of the best I have had. Service was quick and staff was amazing. I throughly enjoyed it all. Was not a fan of the guava jam but I don't like guava however the 305 aioli was fire. Mmmm how I love a well made Cuban! Ordered a Cuban with some fried yuca. Though this may not be my top Cuban it certainly is up there. They add plantain sticks on the side and complement it nicely. The fried yuca (paired with a mojo sauce) were good; not sure how I felt about how they were seasoned. Service was quick but not overly friendly. Awesome little food truck! I went to the dg donuts location. Plenty of parking. Staff wore masks. The menu had a variety of options and I had a hard time choosing! I went with the classic Cuban sandwich. It came with the typical shoestring potatoes. It was toasted a d very flavorful. I also ordered the tostones. They were freshly fried and seasoned perfectly. There was flavor in each bite and the garlic aioli was bomb. It was the perfect addition to the sandwich. Overall this was a great Cuban experience. I tried this food truck for the first time several days ago when they popped up at east end market. As a Cuban it's hard to find places in Orlando with that delicious taste of Cuban food that I grew up with in Miami and with my parents. I must say that the croquetas were delicious and I had to talk myself down from buying more and taking them home. The sandwich was delicious and full of flavor and the fried cheese cubes literally reminded me of my childhood because my parents would make this for me as a treat. Told buddy at the window to just hold the rice and plantains, just a need the standard serving of chicken. Dude in the back asked me if I was Keto, I said yes, and he offered me a couple of fried eggs on top instead of the rice and plantains! Not even on the menu! And it was AWESOME. We ordered a little of everything and even got something free because they accidentally gave it to us and were so excited that we got to try something we didn't order because of their mistake. Whenever I'm in Central Florida I track down the food truck, A Lo Cubano Cuban Kitchen. I'm all about Croquetas and their Chorizo Picante & Manchego Cheese Croquetas are second to none. They've got a bunch of great sandwiches including a Frita Cubana that has a little bit of heat on the tail end of each bite. You'll need to leave room for their Cuban Torrejas topped with Guava and Cream Cheese foam. These Cuban Torrejas are the love child of french toast and a pastelito de guayaba y cheese (Cuban guava & cheese pastry). So many people tell me they can't find real deal Miami-style Cuban food in Orlando but guess what? I've got news for you. A Lo Cubano Kitchen is exactly what you've been looking for. I saw this food truck at southern hill farms fall festival. I ordered the cubano, yucca fries, croquettes, pan con léchon. It was hands down the best cuban food I have had in all of Orlando. The sandwiches were full of tender, well seasoned meats and flavors. The yucca fries and croquettes were fried perfectly golden brown and crispy. Saw this food truck infront of east end market while driving by hungry and figured I'd stop by and give it a try. I do not regret that decision whatsoever. We wanted the pan con lechon but they were clean out of bread so we opted for the Cuban bowl with pork instead and it was so good I wish I had another stomach to bless with it. I stumbled upon A Lo Cubano Kitchen's food truck at East End Market today and I gotta say I'm a fan! I ordered their Cuban sandwich and a side of Croquetas. The Cuban had a really good meat to bread ratio and it came with straw fries on the side. The Croquetas were delicious and came with a really good dipping sauce!
