Roasted tomatoes that could have been bruschetta topping, green onion and cheese were layered in tbe greens. The chicken was lightly breaded. My fault again for not asking. I would have preferred non breaded. It was good, that's just my personal preference. I would describe the salad as fluffy. I substituted all Romain for the hydroponic green leaf and their crunchy power mix because I have a medical reaction to the Vitamin K found in most lettuce varieties. It was a lot of food but I finished it. The ranch was very garlicky. The Restaurant was loud with chatter and the sound of chairs scraping across the cement floors.
