Specialties
El Studio Pilates is a semi private Pilates studio in South Austin rooted in intentional movement, biomechanics, and nervous system aware training. We blend classical Pilates principles with modern movement science to help clients build strength, mobility, posture, and body awareness in a supportive, community-driven environment.
Our small class sizes allow for individualized attention, thoughtful cueing, and a more connected experience. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates, returning to movement, an athlete, runner, postpartum, or simply looking to move with more intention, our classes are designed to meet you where you are.
We offer both mat and reformer Pilates with a focus on control before intensity; emphasizing breath, alignment, precision, and sustainable strength. Beyond classes, El Studio also hosts wellness events, run clubs, workshops, and collaborations with local brands to create meaningful spaces for connection and movement.
Our goal is simple: help you better understand your body, move with confidence, and leave feeling rejuvenated.
History
Established in 2026.
El Studio was founded in 2025 as an extension of Rejuve Wellness + Pilates, created by founder Gen. What began as virtual classes, pop-ups, and community wellness events evolved into a physical studio space when El Studio officially opened its doors in January 2026 in South Austin.
Built from a background in exercise sports science, rehabilitation studies, and Pilates instruction, El Studio was created to offer a more intentional approach to movement; blending classical Pilates principles with modern biomechanics, nervous system awareness, and community-centered wellness.
Today, El Studio continues to grow as a semi-private Pilates studio focused on helping clients move with strength, control, and confidence through thoughtfully designed mat and reformer classes, workshops, and wellness experiences.
Meet the Business Owner: Gen C.

Her approach blends classical Pilates principles with modern movement science, creating a supportive environment where clients can meet themselves exactly where they are. Gen believes movement should feel approachable, intentional, and sustainable; whether Pilates becomes your primary movement practice or a supplement to the activities you already love.
Through El Studio, she has built more than a Pilates studio: a wellness hub rooted in community, education, and mindful movement for all bodies.
