Dine LA was a promotion that ran from 08/14 to 08/28 and it was $45 per person, not including tax or tip and each person selected four items from a pre-determined menu. We had: - Patatas Bravas (diced roasted potatoes drizzled with garlic and red pepper aioli) - Albondigas (moroccan spiced beef and pork chorizo meatballs in tomato sauce topped with manchego cheese) - Berenjana Frita (breaded eggplant topped with honey) - Croquetas de Jamon y Pollo (creamy croquettes of chicken and serrano ham) - Champiñones y Trufas (sauteed mushrooms, truffle oil, garlic, cream sherry, bread crumbs and chives) - Gambas al Ajillo (white shrimp cooked in mojo de ajo, butter, grilled bread) - Churros con Chocolate (churros with chocolate dipping sauce) I closed my eyes in delight and felt like weeping during several 'first bites' of these dishes. They don't include tortillas(?), so I paid for an order of them, but they had so much grease on them from the pool of oil that leaked, I had to throw them out. The only thing I rescued from this expensive meal was the shrimp. I pulled them from the greasy garlic pool and am planning to rinse them off tomorrow and put lemon on them. Hopefully they will be edible. The young gentleman who got my order ready was a sweetheart, so I will say one nice thing. After the overwhelming garlic smell, the mess I had to clean up because of all of that leaked oil and my disgust with the waste of money, I ended up having watermelon at home for dinner.

I love supporting local people and their families. This is gourmet authentic Mexican food. The decor isn't the fanciest but they do the best with what they have and it's cute.
