This was my first taste of actual authentic Mexican food here... And it did not disappoint! On my first order, I got 2 Al Pastor (pinapple pork) and 2 Canrne Asada (roasted meat) tacos. Getting handmade, fresh tortillas is a rare sight these days, but when you bite into one you can instantly taste the difference. The meat was tender and juicy and they did not skimp on the cilantro, appreciated that immensely. The green and red sauce are a must. I wanted to try some more flavors so after j finished, I ordered a Pollo (chicken), Carnita (Pork), and another Al Pastor since it was so good the last time. Can't stress enough how favorful and savory every bite was. I plan on trying everything on the menu before my stay is finished, so if I'm able, I will edit this post with my experiences.

The last two times I ordered the "new" hibachi chicken menu item, it came with noticeably less rice and no vegetables compared to what I had ordered consistently for years. So with today's order, I politely added a note asking them to please fix the menu issue and explained that I wasn't happy with the reduced portions after the menu change. I even stated that I was completely willing to pay more for the original meal I had been ordering all this time. Instead of trying to help, I received a phone call from a man who initially refused to give his name, but later identified himself as Luis. From the very beginning he was hostile and argumentative, insisting that I had "been ordering from the kids menu" this whole time -- despite the fact that nowhere on DoorDash does that item say "kids menu." At that point, I told him to cancel the order because when someone is immediately hostile and insulting, I absolutely do not want them handling my food. Congratulations, Luis. You earned this review.
