The manager made no exception and was unwilling to find any reasonable solution. In the end, we were effectively excluded from happy hour simply because we had a baby with us. We ultimately had to leave and scrambled to find another place to have dinner at 7:30PM. The policy itself feels unnecessarily rigid, and the lack of flexibility or accommodation toward families was disappointing. Families should not feel penalized for dining out. I hope management reconsiders their policy, and how they handle situations like this in the future.
