It's been a week since I had my windshield replaced, and I've been getting the runaround ever…read moresince. I chose this company because I wanted to support a local business instead of going with a larger chain. They gave me a $100 rebate, but that doesn't make up for what's happened. Shortly after the replacement, my vehicle started displaying multiple safety system warnings, including lane departure, pre-collision, radar cruise control, and headlight system malfunctions. These systems were working before the windshield was replaced. The manager has been dismissive of my concerns and has told me I would have to pay out of pocket to address problems that appeared after their work. Instead of standing behind the installation, I've been passed around without a real solution. To make matters worse, the office representative hung up on me during my most recent call. If you're using insurance for a windshield replacement, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. I expected professional work and customer service, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.

We had four dual pane windows in our home of which the seals had been broken, causing moisture…read morebuild up in between the two pieces of glass. We had no desire to replace the entire window and frame, we only wanted to replace the glass. (Most people don't know that you can just replace the glass! It's definitely a money saver!) So, I called four window companies. Two of them do not replace just the glass. We had the other two, one being Amazing Glazing, come out and give us a free estimate. I won't name the other window company, but their price, for exactly the same brand that Amazing Glazing uses, was $364 more and they only offered a 1 year warranty. (Amazing Glazing has a 10 year warranty! And, the employee in charge of answering the phones was very knowledgable and was able to answer every single question that I had!) The installers were professional and friendly! It only took a week for them to get the windows ordered and the installation started. Unfortunately, the installation crew experienced an issue with the glass not being easily removed from the frame. Normally, this type of window replacement is simple and quick. It involves running an Exacto Knife along the edges and then suction cupping the glass to remove it from the frame. However, whoever installed the original windows used a glue that didn't allow this to happen! The first window took longer than expected and it had to be broken in order to be removed. This created an extreme hazard for the installers and a major mess (which they did an amazing job of cleaning up) and after only completing one of the window replacements, they informed me that they would need to return on a later date with a tool that would assist them with a safer/cleaner/quicker removal of the glass. There was a bit of a delay on the return, but they kept in contact and kept me informed. When they returned to complete the job, the heating tool worked just as planned and they completed the other 3 windows in no time! I now enjoy a clear view through my windows and will definitely use AMAZING GLAZING again for all my window needs!

They called a few minutes ahead and asked if we were ready for them . They were prompt and did a outstanding job . Their cost is great compared to the drive- thru washes and they come to you . They were fast and cleaned thoroughly and didn't rush . They also do carpet cleaning so we will call them a few weeks ahead to schedule our carpets before we head back north for the summer . We highly recommend them as we've used other companies that charged more and did less.
