When I asked for a manager, she brought the food out herself but didn't apologize. The food was cold and clearly not worth the wait. At that point, we just wanted to leave. What really stands out is that no one made any effort to fix the situation. No apology, no accountability, no adjustment to the bill--nothing. Completely unacceptable experience.
