Well. Where to start. So, to start, I ordered a house Margarita. It tasted like it was made with Mountain Dew. I refused it. They "hand made me a replacement with sweet and sour, which was a bit better. (although I felt the need to get a shot of Patron to supplement!). So far 3.5 stars. Now, as for the food. Combo: Chili Relenos, taco, rice and beans. The Chili Relenos was ok, only because it was actually a traditional (soft) Chili Relenos. The taco was abso the most bland thing I've put in my mouth in years. The refried beans were "bean pur'ee". The rice was, well, it's hard to screw up Mexican Rice. So for food: 1.4 stars. Service: 2 stars (I've had my check for 15 minutes, and I'm the only customer in here! So finally: My Final rating: 2 3 stars (2.3 out of 5) This restaurant needs to be converted to a Subway! read more

Margarita is passable. Stock margarita not top shelf. Churissio cheese sauce was a pass it had been thinned down with so much oil it was the consistency of water. Fair flavor, but would barley hang to a chip. They asked and I complained, and was taken off the bill. Observant waiter. Combo 18. Chili's Rel. chalupa, and enchilada. Chalupa was 2 star. However the chili's Relano was four star for taste and cheese. Three star on the enchilada Was going to have fried ice cream but ice cream was melted. . read more

Truly, I'm not trying to be mean as the staff was really nice but this was without a doubt the worse Mexican food I have ever had in my life. I am not exaggerating...bad, real bad. The decor was authentic The good - pico de gallo and tbone steak The bad - rice was dried out. Sour cream was gritty enchilada sauce tasted like spaghetti sauce. The hilarious - Waiter did not know what i meant when i ordered my tbone medium. His answer. They come in one size lol. He was very nice and attentive. You have to have horchata on the menu. When i asked your waiter why you don't have horchata his response was the white people don't ask for it. Well how can they if they probably don't know what it is. Delicious salso and cheese dip. Super fast service and great prices. I believe they are owned by the same company as Mi Pueblitos that is located in Hurricane. Food is served in typicaly large portions and everything I've had here is great. A lot tastier than Rio Grande's in the area that have stood as a comparison for years to those here in the valley. Was at the TA next door. Read the reviews for this place. Decided to try it anyway. The reviews were right. This place is not very good and not very authentic. Noticed the menu said chili relleno was "a ball of meat with a piece of bell pepper inside and covered by cheese". Should have just got up and left, but thought I'd try the beef fajitas. Pretty mild. My mom who thinks red bell peppers are hot could have handled this. I ate it, but it was very boring. No flavor. No spice. The chips and salsa we're very bland too. You can eat here if you want, but don't expect much. And I definitely wouldn't get the "authentic Chile Rellenos". read more

Don't waste your time or money on this place! Food was barely edible and service wasn't any better. Fajitas came out slightly warmer than room temperature and the skillet was barely warm, let alone sizzling as you'd expect with fajitas. Server came by to take the order and that was the last we saw of him until we were ready to leave. So much so we gave up waiting on him for the ticket to pay and just went ahead to the register to finally be greeted by the mysterious server who complained about people leaving. Cashier asked "was everything okay?" to which I replied "wasn't that great and the fajitas weren't even hot let alone sizzling." Guess that didn't matter because he just rang everything up and acted like I said everything was great. This was our third and final time as patrons here. Never again. read more

Server was obviously having issues understanding English. He asked my wife to write down our order for him. We asked for a total of six tortilla shells & he brought out six plates of tortilla shells which obviously we were charged for. We ordered two orders of fajitas & one came out burnt to a crisp. He crossed the line when he pulled my wife's hair & rubbed my daughter's hands. When we were finished, he asked if we wanted a box. We said no, but he brought one anyway. We left it on the table & vowed NEVER to return. We ordered two fajitas & 4 drinks & had a coupon for $8 off and still had to pay $34!!??!! Ridiculous. read more
