My wife wanted to drain the tank -- go figure -- and we happened upon this place while driving along the west side of Cozumel, where the waves are harsh and the water is beautiful. This place operates on propane and solar panels ... seriously. Electricity service stops a few miles to the east. But these guys handle it like pros. First, the tacos are freshly prepared in a kitchen that's no bigger than the one in my RV. The beers and mixed drinks come from a freezer that appears to be stocked daily with ice (from civilization ... a few miles away.) The folks working the counters are humorous and kind. The service here is impeccable -- we ordered, then found a table. They made sure we had everything we wanted from there. Tacos were outstanding ... freshly made. Brews were cold. What a great little place!
