There were only 2 other people in the bar, the bartender, Ulysses, and the owner (I think), Jonathan. They were 2 super friendly young guys. They gave us a brief history of Mezcal and told us all about the different local ingredients they used. I think this place only opened a few months ago. It seemed like business may be a bit slow, but we drove by late at night a few days later and it was pretty crowded. The crowd was all tourists, European expats, etc... no locals...
