Great place to have a good family for group meal. Prices reasonable portions adequate. Complimentary chips and salsa. Queso with a side of jalapeños is great. Fine food, but a little pricey imo. I paid $27 for a chimichanga, horchata, and sopapillas. Chimichanga was good, but there wasn't much to it. Interior was just shredded beef. But they do serve it with other stuff on the side I guess. Horchata was absolutely delicious, but they dumped an abominable amount of ice in the cup. And I did takeout, so I didn't realize how much until I got home - 37 cubes!! Took up half the dang cup. Sopapillas were tasty, but not substantial. I feel like they're usually fluffy inside, but these were thin and flaky. read more

The food was decent and the service was very good. We ordered two dinners and they were out very quickly. I would recommend.

Staying on a keto diet at a Mexican restaurant can be a challenge but I did okay by not going deep into the chips and salsa. That was tough because the chips were pretty darned awesome - just the right thickness and salt, plus the salsa was not too wet. It would have been easier to say "No" if they were bad and they were not! I chose the carne asada as my main, skipping the tortillas and getting extra salad instead of rice and beans. A really good portion of thin skirt steak, seasoned nicely. It did need the knife and fork. Delicious and very filling! A clean restaurant with great service. Tuesdays are taco Tuesday all you can eat tacos for $1.00 each ! We go there all the time and never had any issues at all ! I've been to several Mexican food places and this one my favorite place to eat , they know me when I walk in because I've been going there for several years . Loved this little Tex mex place we visited yesterday. We did the combo fajitas for two-the meat was plenty and fresh. We also did 2 skinny margs and they were well done. My son ordered the Mexican pizza for lunch and ate the rest for dinner it was huge. read more

I have been going to this restaurant for five years and have noticed that the quality of the meals ordered have been going down hill. Tonight my family ordered a meal to go, it was the worst meal we have ever had. We ordered chicken tacos with everything on them. What we got was dry chicken with some onion on top, no typical taco toppings. We also ordered chicken enchiladas with cheese sauce on top. We got cold chicken in a tortilla with nothing on top, just cold, dry chicken. I can't even describe the taco salad! Most of this meal went in the thrash! I never leave reviews, but this was so bad I felt I had to leave one. Don't waste your time or money on this restaurant, my family will not be going back. read more

Ordered fajita steak nachos to go. Was handed to me fresh and sat down to eat within 5 min. All chips are soggy, there's barely a spoonful of steak inside, and for the first time (I've ordered the same meal several times) this nacho meal included mushrooms (not a fan, personally, and they're not stated in the menu). This review is for the Centerton location. I ordered chile verde, which is hard to find in the area. The dish consists of cubed pork meat simmered in a green chile sauce. What I received was pork carnitas(somewhat shredded) topped with a bland green sauce. The pork had its own distinct taste, a light smoky flavor. The green sauce was bland. The plate had rice and refried beans topped with white cheese, possibly Monterey Jack. The beans were very good. When I finished the plate I began to eat the remaining chips and salsa. Their salsa is very flavorful, but mild. No pica! I think there was a hint of cumin. I rated 4 stars because I want to believe that the chile verde fiasco was a mistake. read more

I get a chicken dish every time and it seems the chicken amount is different each time. The first time there was a good amount of chicken but this time there was 2very thin pieces of chicken. The quality of the food is good but not always consistent. It's the same menu you'll find at any other "authentic" Mexican food restaurant in the area. The housemade guacamole is one of the best things on the menu and the salsa was a great flavor, not too hot. I go here often and usually get a quesadilla, never had a bad one. But the main tip is, be clear and direct in your ordering with limited substitutions or exclusions, don't expect answers to question. For some 30-odd dollars, one can get enough fajita meat and concomitant guac and veggies for a week's worth of eating. What's more, the platter is flavorful and fresh. For you family folks, this platter will certainly satisfy you and your little loved ones' need for grub and for leftovers.
