The service was great she was patient and helped us to make our orders. The aguas frescas were so delicious that even the agua de pepino was a surprise going beyond with the tajin on the cup. They also have sodas and kids juices. The food was great I just believe the meats tasted either the same or cooked in the same place or needed to be switched to make the other food taste even better. For example the Al pastor tasted exactly the same as the chorizo. The grilled chicken on my sope should of been on the enchiladas instead and that tinga chicken should be on the sopes. Everything else was good it was tasty. They have 4 servings on different kind of salas on your like. They are in constant contact if your need anything else. You order before you get seated. We got desert And the guava cheesecake to die for!! It was freaking delicious and soooo good we wanted more we think about even as passing by that's how good it is.

I ordered asada and chorizo tacos. They had so much flavor! The red and green sauces they have compliment them so well. My husband got the steak burrito. The flavor of the burrito was okay. The guacamole was out of this world! I didn't like how we had to buy chips and salsa. But the staff was very friendly and we got our food very quickly!

Great place to eat! The salsa was really good. Our food was hot and fresh with large portions. They also have an amazing buffet. Service was wonderful and food really affordable! Highly Recommend!!!

Charly's is a top-three Mexican restaurant in NWA. It's super divey, but the food quality and value makes Charly's a must visit. First of all, I should say that I've been to my fair share of taquerias in Springdale - 15 of them to be exact. I'm completely comfortable going to a restaurant where almost no English is spoken and the food is strictly Mexican (not Tex Mex), but for those who have only been to English speaking or Tex Mex restaurants, Charly's is a great place to introduce you to the wonderful world of taquerias. You'll find menu items you're familiar with, but there are also items you won't find in Tex Mex restaurants that are really delicious. I'm a huge fan of Charly's meats. Their asada might be my favorite in the area. Their guacamole is also a favorite of mine. Their tortillas probably rank somewhere in the middle for me as far as NWA taquerias go, but the overall quality of their food compensates for this. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. It's definitely a dive, so the atmosphere is cool but laid back. Spanish language music is usually playing, and they do have a jukebox. Do yourself a favor, NWA, and make the trip to Springdale to try Charly's

So I am a 100% Mexican and this place was OK but I felt like my meat was too thick and then they make handmade corn tortillas and they felt like they were not fresh and they were like thicker than normal. And I had a Michelada it was OK my husband had Chile Verde he likes liked it but he likes any food anyways I personally won't go back I'm not saying don't go the girls that work there Are very sweet they were very helpful. But I did see a lot of Latinos there so I guess it just depends on your taste buds

The service provided here was really good Food was very tasty and good quantity provided Would definitely visit this place once back to Springdale

I had the strawberry horchata and the carne tacos. Id like to state that I had 4 tacos and the total came out to be $10. I would also like to add that they don't do 99¢ tacos, which I wish they had. The strawberry horchata was ok and the steak tacos were ok as well. The inside of the taqueria isn't really up to par but overall it was an okay experience. We went pretty late around 9:00 and there were no customers. They do have chocolate covered strawberries that I want to try out though!

Lunch for 2. Charly's is a fast casual where you order at the window and they give you a number at your table. The place was busy with the line all they way to the door and people kept coming in! They had a very wide variety foods with easy to order pictures and prices on the wall. The dining area was clean and the service was good. I ordered chicken flautas and my friend ordered 2 big tacos. The food came out quick considering the full house. It was plated well and the food looked mostly fresh. I say mostly fresh because the cilantro and lettuce looked like they've been sitting out for a bit - hence the minus one star. The beans were the best beans I've ever had and the rice was nice and fluffy. I would definitely come back here again when I'm in the area.

Love this place. Always excellent food. Soles and burritos are awesome. As always, Stupid app wants a longer review, don't really know what else to say so now I'm just writing whatever comes to mind in order to make this review long enough.

Best tacos I've had in Arkansas. Reminded me street taqueria I went to in Dallas. Very nice staff and the tacos were delicious.

Al Pastor and Chorizo Burrito, perfectly layered and flavored.

My boyfriend and I have eaten here countless times. While other taquerias in the downtown Springdale area are really good as well, Charley's really does it right. It's a nice feel, nothing to nice which is what I like, but it's not a self-service either, the waitress' that we have had are always extremely nice! We usually go for the burritos, because they never skimp you on the meat. The flavor combination and simplicity of Charley's will always keep me coming back. They know how to do authentic Mexican food.

    Yummy guacamole $2.99 sooo good!

There were 8 people in our group and they ended up seating us outside which wasn't a problem as it was warm and sunny. Once seated our server took our drink order quickly and followed up shortly with taking an order for appetizers. Which also came out fairly quickly. Our server then took our entree orders. He returned three or four times to replenish/refill drinks for the females in our group but ignored me and the other male in our group, until we asked for a refill. Our entree's took about 20 - 25 minutes to come out and there were several minutes between the first and last to make it to the table. In the business district of the town where most of their lunchtime weekday customers are workers on lunch break they need to be getting the food out the kitchen quicker. As for the food presentation was nice. Everyone's dishes looked really fresh and appetizing. Two of our team had the shrimp taco's and they was so much moisture in them they ended up eating them with a knife and fork. Another two on our team had the Quesabirria. They said it tasted good but had more cheese than Burria. As for my own dish, I had the poblanos with steak, which is three enchiladas covered in a poblano sauce with a side of rice. The portion was a reasonable size but the steak was chewy and while it wasn't bad the poblano sauce just didn't impress me. It was just plain in flavor, with not much poblano flavor. Like I mentioned earlier we were seated outside. I was about two thirds the way through my meal and found a small black hair in the sauce. Where we were sat was pretty breezy so I cannot say if the hair came with my meal or if it was blown onto my food, but it was not the best end to what I would call a lackluster meal.

I ordered the chile relleno and my friend ordered a tamale and some chicken taquitos. My friend endorses the taquitos and reported that they were flavorful and crunchy. Salsa and chips are complimentary and the salsa was pretty decent. The tamale was okay, but not the best she or I have ever had. As far as the chile relleno goes, the salsa was flavorful, but the batter was pretty soggy all around. The rice was flavorful and had a great texture to it, though the frijoles refritos tasted like they were possibly from a can or mass-produced. The beans felt and looked like soup. I also noticed that the shredded cheese placed on top of both the chile y tamale was not melted. When reheated, the cheese held its position. Several birthday parties were being celebrated in the restaurant while we were there, and the staff and owner made sure that the birthday party crowds were celebrated by clapping and singing which was sweet and made the whole place feel festive! I intend to go back and try some other dishes to determine if some authenticity shines through other dishes/plates.

The queso dip was absolutely amazing, and the margarita flight was an absolute banger. The reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the aisle size and not being the most kid friendly.
