We were having a beer at the BBC and wanted a little appetizer. I headed over to the three food trucks and found Senor Shreddys where I grabbed a chips and salsa for 6$. It was a large bag of chips and the salsa was tasty and not too hot. The service was quick and they take Apple Pay. The trailer is nice and seems clean and they have a nice menu selection but we only had the chips and salsa today. read more

Great food! There are lots of Mexican restaurants in the NWA. And being said with no exaggeration. But over the last 4 years, my son and I have been to more than 40 of them, searching for that certain flavor we had growing up in San Diego. We just haven't been able to find it here. Until a co-worker told me about this little Mexican food truck sitting just outside of the Bentonville brewery. It's a bit out of my way to get to, but it's completely worth the drive. And the food here has all the flavors we've been looking for. And so far, the only food truck/restaurant that makes a real California burrito. And I believe that it wasn't till after my third visit that I found out that they are also from San Diego. The food here is absolutely awesome! From the burritos to the fish and shrimp tacos. And from the carne asada to the chicken and everything in between, this place just does it better. The ambiance here is very relaxing being just outside of the brewery on their deck. The service is great. The food is great, and the people are great. So, if you're in the NWA looking for the real taste of Mexican food. This is my choice. Vegan Option Review | The crew here was able to understand what I meant when I said I wanted a vegan burrito and made sure to keep cheese and dairy off of it. I'm very particular about food temperature, so the only thing I'd mention is that each time I've eaten here the burrito was a bit cooler than my preference still warm, but not hot. We always appreciate having the ability to eat something fresh and this burrito didn't disappoint on that end - everything seemed like it was prepped that same day, and nothing was soggy. The fare is pretty solid - it's no-frills foodtruck burritos, tacos, bowls, and more, all served from a truck. Their take on the al pastor is intersting as it's made with ground chicken so give that a try. Otherwise, you can't go wrong with a plate of the fries topped with meat or a burrito. Very interesting. I got the chicken quesadilla with hot salsa. My husband got 2 carne asada tacos and a pork one. We also got chips and queso. -Chips: really good. Salty and warm -Queso: terrible. Tasted like canes sauce mixed with gravy? I couldn't tell if I should put it on mashed potatoes or chicken tenders but it definitely should not have gone on chips -Quesadilla: one of the best ones I've had. The guac and sour cream with it were amazing but the pico was nasty. How do you mess up pico? It was very filling though. I ate 3 of the 4 sections and got quite full. -Tacos: my husband gave me a steak one and I didn't even want to finish it. It wasn't gross per say, but it was seriously not good. -Hot salsa: had to pay extra for it (only $0.50) but it was NASTY This is one of the most mixed places I've been. Usually food is either good or bad, but some things here were terrible and some things were amazing. Tried this food truck for the first time today and I have to say I am highly impressed! I hit the meatless nachos and a chicken burrito-- both were AMAZING! I am so full I could not finish the burrito even though I shared the nachos with my sister so the portions are more than reasonable and the flavors are great too! Visited this charming region of middle America and ended up at this food truck spot. Fyi, I'd stay as far away from these clowns as possible. The food is abt 2.5 stars which isn't horrible for middle America Mexican food but the nickel and diming they do for an extra hot sauce is ridiculous. The attitude when you ask for an extra one is even worse. The shady practice of charging you without telling you is basically theft. What a horrible experience. read more
