What an epic decision! They came with more tortilla chips but also chicharrones which was sturdier and could hold up to the thicker Diablo queso and guacamole. I couldn't stop eating the salsa and dips. I chose to get a combination plate, with an enchilada, taco, and tamale. Rick mentioned they had a mashed potato side that was tasty- not expected for a Mexican restaurant but I decided to take the recommendation. Rick came through, honestly I could've eaten just the dips and potatoes and had been super happy about it. I overate, which was a problem but in a good way because I fell asleep immediately after we got back to the hotel. We were doing a crazy travel week where we were in 5 states, two countries for meetings, so not a lot of rest. It's part of a chain but this one was clean, friendly, with great execution on the food. Rick was clutch with more salsa and chips which in the end was my undoing but I didn't care. Visit here and make sure you try their dips, and the mashed potato side which may have been one of the best things I had all week. Dead serious!
