Ok... have been back a few times since I went from 5 to 3 and now I'm going back to 5. I think they've made the proper improvements. The XL burrito is great! The Al Pastor is wonderful. To top it off, the Pacifico Ballenas are wonderful! Service has become fast and friendly, and restaurant is always clean. Keep up the good work! read more

This place is great! The tacos were really yummy, the al pastor had a great char on the outside. The rice was also fresh, a lot of places have chewy rice. The service here is also really good, so friendly! Cute little place with really good prices. read more

Torres Taqueria - al pastor and chicken tacos w/ rice - Tacos Near Me - Springdale, Arkansas

This place would only get 3 stars, because even though their tacos were fine, I was very fond of any of their salsas, but they get an upgrade because they have a great "taco Tuesday" special, and prices count for something. My wife especially liked their al pastor tacos. read more

The service was good and the price was very fair but the tacos were very bland. Looks like there tortillas might be made in house I didn't ask but if they are that's great but still the tacos weren't very authentic or had much taste. read more

Truly a hidden gem on this end of Springdale. We ordered a chicken sope, carnitas sope, carnitas torta and carnitas Papas Rellenas. The papas rellenas came with four corn tortillas. This was enough food for three people. These dishes did not come with sides and they did not need them. Portions are huge and filling. You can watch the food being made and assembled so you know it is fresh. The torta bread here is not overly toasted and that was my preference. It made the carnitas really stand out but it still remained solid, no soggy bread. They have three sauce levels. We were steered away from the hottest sauce and rightfully so. I enjoyed the green sauce and my husband enjoyed the mild red sauce. Very friendly and helpful service. The place was packed. read more

Southern California native saying these were the best tacos I've had in NWA. The homemade tortillas, hot sauce, and flavorful pastor were perfect. And the refried beans and rice made me feel like I was back in my Nana's kitchen. Stopped in for dinner between events at a track meet at Har-ber. From now on we'll look forward to whenever sports schedules put us in the vicinity of Torres Taqueria. read more

My wife and I were wanting tacos, so we decided to go here, it was our first visit. Walking in our first impression was that it was clean, the people were super friendly, and it smelled incredible! Javier, one of the owners, visited with us and was very welcoming. Our order was to go, everything we needed was in the bag and more! Lots of extras...limes, fresh veggies, and lots of sauce! The tortillas are made fresh and you can tell, they were excellent! Our next visit we will eat there, so we can order desert! Go and order lots, you'll thank me! read more

Very impressed with this! Seen it driving home from Arkansas, decided to stop. The tacos were great. The salsas were good! The torta was huge and could feed two people or make 2 meals, had all the fixins. The chili colorado burrito was good. Beans and rice were good too! Would eat here again! Id like to try other menu options. read more

Torres Taqueria - Volcanes El Pastor - so good! Great food and great service. - Tacos Near Me - Springdale, Arkansas

Some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. Got the cubana sandwich and my wife got the quesadillas. The sandwich was good, but the quesadilla with the seasoned pork was PHENOMENAL. We're out of towners that hate big crowds. So I read the one review this place had and I took the risk. Lord am I glad we did. Even the cheese dip hit right. If you read this review and still skeptical about trying this place, you will regret it. If we end up moving here, the owners will end up knowing us by name. read more

The BEST steak quesadilla I've ever had in my life; husband agrees! He got the daily special of tacos de birria and loved them as well. Great service, friendly staff and wonderful food all around! Authentic, delicious & made to order perfection. Enjoy authentic street tacos, sopes or tortas? They have it all and it's all delicious. Their chorizo and Al pastor from the trompo are phenomenal and must tries. Homemade horchatas and other specialty drinks available as well. My personal favorites are the Al pastor tacos a la carte $2.99/piece or the Cubana Torta (pictured, the size of my head) $11.99. So much food. Wait staff is also extremely friendly and fun, always a plus! Keep this place around folks. read more

Great and affordable Mexican food. Their torta is so good and it's a great location for take out too.

Been here three times, food is consistently fresh, good quality, delicious, and has great flavor. They have a spicy red salsa that is a bit smoky and a green avocado salsa that is really good. I've had the steak fajitas multiple times, highly recommend! Service is always fast and friendly as I typically go in and pick up to go. read more

Wow! I have found my new favorite! I had Volcanes. Three toasted tortillas each: Suardero, Al Pastor, & Carne Asada with lime, cilantro, and onion, accompanied with cucumber and radish. Mwah!! SO had a huge grilled burrito: Carne Asada which was enjoyed immensely. Crisp chips with very nice salsa and cheese dip. The service was so nice and attentive and the food arrived just right. They don't serve alcohol but have soft drinks. However, the liquor store IS right next door,,,if you do take out... I'm looking forward to trying more menu items read more

UPDATE: I've supported this locally own restaurant by ordering large amounts of food 1-2x/week for the past several months. The tacos are still great, however, today I experienced the most UNPROFESSIONAL encounter with the staff. Due to miscommunication, a waitress ordered my meal incorrectly & expected me to eat a food item in which I do not eat. I explained that I asked for a steak sandwich, but received pork. She allowed me to change my meal to tacos, which was comparable in price. When I went to pay, the young lady at the register told me I had to pay for the pork sandwich because "she would get in trouble" if I didn't then proceeded to argue with me & demand that I pay for it. Of course, I declined to pay for a food item I didn't order or consume. The way in which this situation was handled was HORRIBLE & based on this interaction, I will no longer support this establishment. Staff needs training! read more
