I have eaten here several times with varying results. Food has been served cold once, tepid, then hot. Twice after eating there I had "stomach issues." The service is fair most of the time. Good once. It's very popular with Latinos. Price is at the upper end with $3.59 for tea, that's outrageous, probably 100's% profit on tea and soft drinks. Cleanliness is fair. Oh my gosh, this used to be our go to spot!! Over the year the service has decline, the cook can't get his act together and the food quality is in the dumpster, literally. The only solid thing here is Uriel. He's a waiter, a darn good one. Everyone else is too busy on their phones to pay attention to their tables. The food just trickles out of the kitchen. You get one plate then ten minutes later you get another. What's up with that??? You have to get up and go looking for your waiter/waitress. They are usually hanging out at the front on their phones. The worst so called Mexican food I have ever tasted. The chips were burnt. The salsa was just juice and no flavor. They covered our food in " marinara sauce " . The spinach enchiladas were good. Both enchiladas were packed with cheese and spinach and covered with a cheese and red sauce. It was served with rice and beans. The camarones a la diabla was a large serving of spicy and hot shrimp. The heat and spice were not over powering. It was accompanied with rice and beans and a small salad with guacamole. The food is okay. Used to be much better. Mya at the front desk has quite the little attitude. She wrang up the wrong item at the wrong price for my to go order. I told her that neither the description nor the price on the register matched what I wanted. She told me the menus were not updated but the system price was correct and that item showing on the register was what I was pointing to on the menu. She didn't care and was not going to listen to get clarification. When I looked at my order, I saw that it was NOT what I ordered and went back in to explain. Turns out, what I wanted was, as I had tried to point out, the lower price and was a different description. If she would have listened to what I was telling her as I placed my order, this would not have happened. I would have had the right food at the right price. When the replacement order came out, she curtly handed it to me with no expression and certainly no apology for the misunderstanding or the inconvenience. My order arrived on time, but was cold. I did not receive all my order and when I called the restaurant they said I could come pick up what they left off my order. I told them was a delivery order and she just gave me a credit I for missing entrees. I haven received my refund credit yet and I will never eat at Las Margarita's again. Was craving chilaquiles and I saw they had a lunch special for them so I stopped by. Quick service. It had just opened so it was nice peaceful for me at 11:15ish. Ok this was not good Mexican food. Salsa had decent flavor but zero heat. When I asked if they had anything hotter they brought me tapatio. Chimichanga was small, rubbery and covered in a weird cheese sauce which by the way the pour on everything. As someone who just moved here from the west coast and has great Mexican food on every corner I'm so insulted by this food. I'm guessing because the place is packed with white people they don't have to even try. I can say that because I am one of those white people. Restaurant says it closes at 10:30. We arrived at 10:05 and they refused us service. I've never had a good experience here and the food is full of salt and the service is questionable most of the time, but it's close to my kids school and they like it. Late lunch, craving Mexican food. Have seen this place Las Margaritas and always seems to have lots of car traffic so decided to try it. Didn't realize it had two stars on Yelp until after ordering. Ordered the tacos al pastor. Cones with three corn tortillas with spicy pork carnitas along with a side bowl of white beans and chopped up hotdog. The tacos were very good and not too greasy. Good flavor. The salsa and chips that are served along with every meal were just ok. The salsa had good texture, I like it chunkier than soupy, but lacked any heat. The chips were fresh and warm but not salt and salt didn't stick to them either. Service was appropriate and timely! Food is good. It's like nicer dishes and plates. Not your typical lower cost dish. Service has always been good. Biggest complaint is the margaritas are the weakest. I'm not sure they add any alcohol. I've had their "monster" and you feel nothing. My wife who is a lightweight has had their smaller and felt nothing. Several family members said the same. So we got seated in the "staff area" because they did not have regular seating in the main dinning area. Was not impressed with the salsa, or the loaded queso which had no flavor. The service was so awful that a 5 year old could have done better. The food was not bad, but it was almost flavorless. My friend ordered a sopapilla, and it tasted like they took a piece of great value white bread put in it in the fryer and put chocolate sauce on. A sopapilla is supposed to have honey on it, not chocolate sauce and sprinkles. We also did not get seated with silverware, and had to get it ourselves. We also ran out of drinks around half way through our meal, and had to get the ticket ourselves at the front. Overall we will not be back, and this place will be out of business in a few months if they do not improve. Considered just walking out because it was so terrible. read more

I have order a few times from Las Margaritas and once the food terrible. This time I ordered from doordash for delivery. I ordered Fajitas when I got the order there were no tortillas . I called to complain and they just laughed and put me on eternal hold. Will not be ordering again. It's up to them to make sure the delivery has the right food, all of it. Sad to say I have to give this place 3 stars because of a waitress, her name was Jessica. We went at 7pm on a Friday night and they were packed. They were also doing karaoke night outside on their patio. Everyone out there seemed to really enjoy it. We were seated quickly and given chips & salsa quickly also but when my husband asked for spicy salsa it took a long time to get it. We had to ask another server for it and then we ended up with 2 bowls. Our waitress never refilled our waters then by the time we were done and ready to leave the restaurant had died down a lot but we sat there for 20mins waiting for our check. Now food wise salsa was great with a lot of flavor both mild and spicy. I got the fijita steak chimichanga which I feel lacked flavor was it was ok. My 8 year old got 3 crunchy tacos but didn't like them. He said they were soggy. My husband got fijita tex-mex with chicken & steak. It seemed like the forgot to cut the chicken pieces up they were wide instead of thin strips. He said flavor was good though.
