We also bought the VIP family membership for $20. The membership gets us free shipping, discounts, and extended returns. The company offers a 30 day guarantee if you have the membership. If you don't love the shoes, return them. Bryan said that many health insurance companies will reimburse the cost of inserts & shoes. My husband walks 19,000 steps a day for his job.
